Well my experience today wasn't good, I had an appointment at 3: 15, I arrived a few minutes early, they called me back, and I tell you I set in the room waiting 1hr.and 30mins, and finally they came back to let me know that doctor Lee was called out for an emergency, I understand that, it happens, But the staff knowing this, why don't u tell your patients, what's going on, so they can decide to wait or reschedule. That would be the right thing to do. Just don't leave your patients hanging, and wondering where's the doctor.

He did my chiari malformation decompression surgery early this month and he did an amazing job. I’ve healed really fast and 4 weeks later back at work.

Courteous, professional, and listened very attentively. Answered all my questions. Couldn't have asked for a better physician.

Dr. Lee and his office are extremely efficient and well-prepared for my visits. They explain things in terms I understand and I leave feeling like I have a plan in place that makes sense.

Administrative systems are horrible and seem to be getting worse (no online check in like old system, portal not monitored - two stars)
Doctor and clinical staff are excellent, would maybe get five stars if the wait times weren't so long (us Boomers just getting older and sicker)

I meet with Dr Lee for the first time and was very pleased with his professionalism, mannerism and honesty. I would definitely recommend him for any neurological issues.

Dr Lee did my back surgery and it was a miracle. Highly recommend him and his entire staff.
