The people are sweet, and they got me in quick on a walk in. But their quality of work is mediocre. I got a gel mani and pedi and my big toe got the polish messed up while curing, my tech just put clear coat over it and acted like I wouldn’t notice. It has been one week since my nails were done by them and multiple fingers are already peeling/chipping. I’ve had sets last 2-3 weeks before I see anything close to peeling and i’ve never had a gel manicure chip and scuff. Overpriced for quality for sure. My nails are so cute, but the quality just isn’t worth what I paid for. I have to go somewhere else and pay to get nails that won’t chip or peel within a week.

Christine has done an excellent job on my GF nails always. Fast and very well done. HIGHLY recommend

This place was awful! Not clean, rude, I really should have walked out. Would NEVER go back here again.

Went in earlier today with my husband to get pedicures done. The lovely lady worked on my husband’s pedicure and did a wonderful job! On the other hand, the gentleman who worked on my pedicure doesn’t even deserve this 1 star. I asked for hot water not BURNING HOT WATER! When I told him it was too hot he proceeded to say that I asked for that and that oh now I want cold water. So unprofessional of him and he also doesn’t clean his pumice stone appropriately and it is worn out and when I brought it up he got all defensive instead of hearing me out so he would not use it on another client. He also did a “massage” or should I say slap on lotion on my legs because it lasted 5 seconds. Lastly, he seemed so irritated with every request I had. Will not be coming back here ever again. He should learn how to be more professional and curate more to its clients needs.

Best of the best they did great on my toes and nails I love there positive energy I really recommend

The Men that are working there very rough
and are very particular if you are a person who is experienced with fake nails you're going to get a very rude about it and get made so far for someone like me it is a very stressful place nobody listens so plz don't come hear if you want your blood to boil will boil if you have a short wire of patience

Never again. Nail tech cut my cuticle and it’s bleeding. The filing was not even. Paint job isn’t great and there is residue on the underside of my nails.

I dont know the name of the nail tech that worked with me but she was younger. When I say she was meticulous about her work, I mean it. She took her time, which I appreciated because a rushed job doesn't usually last long (for me).

When it came to choosing a nail color, she did a fantastic job working with me and was patient as I was looking for a specific color (mostly clear with a slight shade of pink).

My only complaints are that the water was a bit colder than I personally liked for the hands (when she did my manicure) and when she was cleaning up my cuticles, it was cut a bit closer to the skin than I usually have gotten. This being said, my nails look very well cleaned up and I'm glad that she did it the way that she did, despite me being a bit uncomfortable with it (it hurt just a bit).

If I had lived in FL, I would definitely be getting my nails done here again!

I absolutely love Susan's work and professionalism with my nails. She is extremely friendly and gentle. The entire staff is so nice. I highly recommend them for nails and amazing pedicures!

Kind staff members/employees but when it comes to shaping the nail it’s not worth the money spent.
