Staff is knowledgeable and is very helpful. I've been purchasing all my net making material from them for years. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Called yesterday to ask if i coukd come by and pick up some supplies, guy on the phone says sure you just can't come inside. I told him that was fine. I would call before i headed over only need a few small items. I am from out of town and thought it woukd be great to save a buck on shipping. So i call this morning and the guy says you need to call 48 hours in advance. So i told him politely i would buy my supplies elsewhere. All needed was a book, swivels and a needle. Plus the guy had a foreign ascent. And was rude in his tone. Whats the world coming to.
