Lee Nails, Tamarac FL

Love Lee nails. Everyone is very polite and caring. Very clean. You have only a few people at a time, covid friendly before covid.

Yesterday I went there and asked the lady to do my eyebrows and imagine I asked first and a man came in after and she telling me that she don't want him waiting then she hurry and wax my brows & didn’t wax them properly. They love to rush over there. They Don’t take their time to make you experience it and relax. They just rush! And waxing eyebrows shouldn’t cost $9 it should cost $5

Went here yesterday for the first time. I got a deluxe pedicure given by Tony. He was so sweet & did a amazing job. Everyone in there were very sweet. The place is very clean. Highly recommend Lee Nails.

First time experience. I called ahead to ask if they were busy, they were, so I made an appointment for an hour later. Super friendly. Got there and was greeted with friendly staff. The place is relaxing, bright, and clean. I love that they had OPI gel, most places don’t carry it anymore. DND chips off no matter where I go. For me at least. My pedicure was thorough and wasn’t rushed. My manicure the same. Overall, great experience and I’m definitely coming back!

I would have given them a NO STAR rating, if I could. I arrived and was asked “How can I help you? ” As soon as I said, “nail repair and polish change”, they were all of a sudden booked for the day! REALLY? No Asian nail shop is ever booked for the day! This is why I hate going to other places that don’t know how to treat new customers. I guess my service was too cheap for what they had time for! Never going back!

Terrible customer service! Rude people! If we are spending our money, you ought to treat people kindly. Don’t recommend at all!

This was the worst experience of my life. I told the guy to scrub my feet but he told me that I need to do that in the shower. He said I need to remove the dirt on my feet in the shower and that he’s only getting paid to do my cuticles. Like excuse me?

I had a horrible experience at Lee nails not only were they rude they do a horrible service I went for a pedicure and I was rushed he did not do a nice job all I ask is if he can please file my nails a bit better he had an attitude he also had an attitude when I did not like that they charge $3 to sand your feet at that point I stated that I will not be paying for this pedicure unless this issue was fixed and resolved they attempted to call the police on me because he did not want to finish my job the manager was not helpful all of the staff was rude they lock the door and lock me in the facility. I asked to have my job completed so I can currently pay and leave and they did not want to finish my job and still wanted me to pay this was a horrible experience I work hard for my money and just wanted my service done properly this place what's a disgrace to nail salons. They were also very rude and very racist they spoke in their language about me horribly and I will never return I would again badmouth this place so the death because they what totally unprofessional with all the nail salons how dare they

Ladies; black and brown of all colors. Do not support this business they are racist and horrible in customer service in my experience. My friend went there and had a unacceptable experience. There service was poor and rude and disrespectful. This goes from management on down. They didn't perform the service and the price was Inflated. Dont go there the police had to be called very bad energy. So many other shops can perform better service with better customer service

Had a horrible experience, the guy that was doing my pedicure actually hurt me while rudely pulling my foot towards him, he was putting all of his strength while sanding my foot. I had to ask him what was wrong with him and asked him to stop. He asked me to go away and to leave his chair that he was done with me. I had to tell Jonny the owner/manager what was happening has he pretended he didn’t heard us. Another employee had to come over and finished his job. I was so close to call the police but at the same time I just wanted to get out of there. Horrible horrible experience the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life. Ladies please do yourselves a favor there are many places who will value you as a customer and appreciate your business. I am not a complainer but I feel this was an assault and just sorry I didn’t call the police at that moment. Someone needs to know what is going on in that place. Of course the manager and the other employees didn’t do anything and even blamed me for getting the guy upset

It's best to make an appointment. I've left a couple times due to the wait when I've just walked in but the staff are friendly and I've never been disappointed by the service.

My local nail salon. I love this place, they are fast and clean. I get the nexgen manicure and they do such an amazing job, they last me almost a month, bc the nail grows. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Tamarac area. Plus the plaza has some amazing hidden gems.

It's nice place to relax and enjoy being pampered by the staff. They have massage chairs and great pedicures and manicures. They are open on Sunday.

This is the best nail salon I have ever visited in years. The salon is extremely, clean, everything is well-organized and the staff is very professional and helpful. I have been going to Kim for over a year and she is by far the best nail tech that have done my nails. She is very professional, friendly, and stays current with new, styles, colors etc. Kim always tries her best to make me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my visits. I have tried several other nail salons in the area and Lee Nails is by far the best nail salon in Tamarac, FL.

Went there twice and was turned away. First time, they were short staffed at opening and I was told to come back at a certain time for an appt. Went back and the place was packed. Needless to say I was never seen at my appointment time. The second time I went. I walked in at 7: 10pm to do a nail polish change on my toes and was told that they are closed. Their sign said 7: 30pm and both their doors were open. It would have taken them 10 mins or less to change the polish and they said they stop at 6pm. I guess they need to change their sign. Will never go back there.twice and both were not a good experience. Save your money and go somewhere else.
