The massage chairs were comfortable and gave a wonderful massage. Service was outstanding from the check-in personal to the nail tech. Awesome service

Great customer service & prices here @ Lee's Karina gave me a gel pedicure.she was very thorough, did an amazing job & she was super sweet. The staff is great here & I never have to wait for service as a walk-in

I would love to give them 5 stars! However, the service is inconsistent. I’ve been going here for over 6 years. I thought my loyalty meant something. I also bring in family and friends. I can overlook a lot and I’m usually too nice to complain. So, when I do it is legit. The complaint was handled poorly and the staff doesn’t seem to care much about customer service. I may consider going elsewhere. Also, It would be nice to be greeted with a smile.

The Staffing and service is absolutely the best in the area. Tried many places around here, and would not go anywhere else. They also go out of their way to make sure that the customer leaves 100% please with their service.

I have been getting nails done with Ben he is a GREAT Technician. Make sure to make apts so you do not have to wait. And I see Becky for waxing she is AWESOME!

Favorite nail salon! I heavily work with my hands so finding a place that does them to where the polish won’t chip has been such a challenge. Not only does my polish not chip, but it lasts for over 2 weeks! Lu usually does my manicure and he is very precise with how he does them. Overall the environment is extremely clean and gives a relaxed vibe to really enjoy the full experience. Best salon! Best people!

Went last week and the lady who did my brows snatch skin out! Not going again and I was a loyal client but I guess they fired the nice Caribbean lady who used to do the waxing

I been this salon almost 5 years, I love Ivy to do my nails, my nail alway pretty and never chip and I love Pedicure. It's very clean, very professional. Specially I very very Love New Fresh Orange Pedicure.

I work in the same plaza and have been going here for years. I work 54 hours a week using my hands and my gel polish never chips! (My acrylics also rarely break on me) Lu did my nails today and I have never been more impressed! Both him and his wife Ivy are my favorite. I’m always so happy with every service here!

Every time I get service from a man they do a very rushed poor job. Polish is sloppy and gel doesn’t last.

Good technicians! However, you need to wait 45 minutes to an hour even with an appointment sometimes. So, if you have the patience to wait that your place.
