I had an urgent issue today that I needed help with and Danielle Huffman went above and beyond to help me out! I have recently received a lot of grief and frustration dealing with other businesses in the area. Danielle was unbelievably kind and helpful!
Danielle took great care of us. Very professional. Highly recommended.
On 8/10 I called both personal and commercial lines to get a quote, no answer on either line, so I left message. I did get a call back 3 hours later, only to be told getting a quote by the 15th probably will not happen as there is only 1 person in the office who can do commercial insurance. I am going out on vacation and have other quotes ahead of you. I stated that other agencies only take 15 mins or so to get a quote, maybe a day max, and we have 3 business days between now and then.
If I'm not a priority to even answer the call or get a quote, then I wouldn't be a priority IF I ever needed to make a claim. Today's interaction was enough to show me to steer clear. Sounds like their should be some cross-training in the office. Their reviews must be by current customers with the 4.8 rating. New potential customers way under valued. 1 star.
Edit in response to owner comment. - I only stated I would not provide it after she told me she didn't have time for me. Then when I made the statement about how she should put the customer first as she cant get me a quote by the 15th, she changed her tune. By then she already lost me as a client. I did say in my original post 15 mins to a day max (I have had companies take my info over the phone and get me a quote that quick)
I'm not sure where the agents that generated good reviews went. I been trying to cancel a policy since end of February. This seems to be a difficult task. Every time I call I get voicemail then wait and wait for a call back. Horrible customer service
