Josh from Legacy arrived on time, did a thorough diagnostic on our system, then, found and fixed the problem. He clearly explained the repair as he showed us what needed to be fixed. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so courteous and professional.

We recently had our AC stop working and decided to replace it. Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job and our house feels better than it ever has before! They were courteous, clean and took pride in their work. Very nice group and beat the next closest price by over a thousand dollars for the same type of AC! Definitely recommend!

First time doing business with this company and what a nice gentleman they sent! He discovered not so good things in our filter (3 dogs continual hair)! But took care of business AND showed me the filter to buy next time as it was an odd size. Drain line full too, so quite happy I called them. Super nice and very helpful!

This is the second time that we have used legacy air conditioning company and they are very quick with responding back to us and fast and efficiently, and comes out and helps us get our air conditioning up and running to cool us off. Josh was amazing and got my air conditioning working in less than 30 minutes. He explained the issues and work before he started, along with the cost. I am very satisfied with this company and will always use them for my heating and cooling needs.

We called late evening and they offered to come same day. We opted for the next day as the ac system was in a spare building. Josh came out the next morning and had it running in less than hour. He was very friendly and professional.

Showed up early Josh was the tech super nice and efficient diagnosed the problem in a matter minutes. Made repairs and checked the system over. Spent a little while cooling my compressor fan off to make sure the amp draw dropped before he finished up. I am a new customer going forward.

Called for an appointment at 10: 10 Am this morning. Josh worked me into his busy day and arrived at 1: 15 after calling me to say he would be here within a half an hour, and he was. He is so courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. He repaired the A/C and installed a thermostat in 45 minutes. I will always use and recommend this company to everyone.

Recently my ac froze over. Called Legacy at 6: 45am on a Saturday. I had expected to get a voicemail where I’d leave a message, but to my surprise Jonathan answered.

He was able to come out a few hours later and fix the problem in 20 mins!

Our technician, Josh C, arrived on time and was every polite and professional. He diagnosed our issue and also did a quick courtesy check of the system. Legacy will be our AC service company going forward as a result of this experience.

Josh did an excellent job fixing our a/c. The condensate pipe was blocked with two pieces of sheathed wire that got down the pipe during construction. Josh blew out the pipe so it would stop clogging. Josh was personable, professional and thorough. I would recommend.
