We recently used legacy assurance for my mom's estate planning. The whole thing was so easy and the company was very helpful and knowledgeable. My mom now has peace of mind. They even gave her a very nice binder and case to keep all her important papers in one place. Highly recommended.

On December 1, my wife and I received delivery of our Estate Plan which included documents for a Revocable Living Trust, Wills, and financial and medical Powers of Attorney, etc. These documents were reviewed and subsequently approved and notarized as needed. We were very pleased with the documents, but also the professionalism we experienced all along the process by Legacy Plan associates. Our scheduled phone call with the Plan attorney went very well and was very helpful. The attorney later returned our call right away to follow up on a couple questions we had. The plan itself is contained in a very nice folder and protective case which is used to organize and store the Estate Plan. Thank you Legacy for not disappointing us in this endeavor. I have received advanced notification and information regarding each step to complete an estate plan for my family. Appointments being held in my home have been a blessing as I am busy caring for my husband and sister.

The process of setting up our estate planning was easy to do with the help of the professionals at Legacy. Our properties are now protected from escrow and our beneficiaries identified so that our wishes will be carried out in the event of our demise.

I did a lot of research on the issue of trusts or wills and I thought a revocable living trust was best and I found their online information that was available on their site made themost sense and was very helpful to me. Legacy Assurance Plan sold me a package that was information on estate planning, and a lawyer to gather the information to put the trust together. An estate plan representative to delivery and review the trust and notarize signatures. This process has been fairly simple. I am looking forward to them finalizing my plan and representing me. This includes the prepaid services of assisting my executor in closing my estate after I die. It's a conclusive service and I am glad that I went with them.
