I have completed therapy with David and he is such a remarkable therapist. I can honestly say that therapy with him has completely changed my life and I was able to work through issues that I never thought were possible. I had therapy in the past from other places and felt very discouraged because healing from trauma seemed so unreachable. I will be forever grateful to David for providing me with the necessary tools to heal and change my perspective on life to a healthy and positive one.

David helped me a lot through my process here and I can truly say if you guys need anyone to talk to he’s someone I recommend. Don't be afraid to get help trust me it wells great once you talk with someone that’s not in your world.

Karla is our therapist and I can’t say enough great things about her. She’s patient, a great listener and provides the right guidance. This center is very professional and even when I’ve had a few issues, Alex, the manager takes things into his own hands and gets them resolved in a quick and efficient way. The staff at the reception are also very nice especially Waleska who greets you and is kind. I definitely recommend this center for their professionalism and excellent service.

If I could put no stars I would. I have spent several months, probably a year at this point, trying to get assigned a therapist. I have a case worker who used to check in with me once a week but has stopped since then. It took 4 months to finally get my case worker and I had to call and go in multiple times to finally get that much. I was assigned a therapist who made appointments for me without telling me and then dropped me. After that I spent another couple of months waiting for a new therapist. One was finally assigned and then, even though they were made aware of my work schedule, we found that my schedule did not work for them so they dropped me too. I have since then reached out to the case worker and still nothing. Apparently you have to slit your wrists before you can finally get appropriate help from anyone here. This facility should be shut down.

My therapist karla has been the greatest asset to my healing.from our very first session i instantly felt comfortable, instantly felt heard and understood which definitely hasn’t been my experience in the past.i was ready to give up on therapy because i felt that a professional couldn’t help me or understand me but karla has restored my faith and has validated my emotions time and time again.she’s provided me with unbridled support and the greatest listening ear a person could ask for!

I had had a good experience with my youngest son, since I always asked to see the specialists and others in person. For me it is important that a person who needs to be evaluated see the specialist in person, since from what I understand, there is very important about the patient and his behavior that cannot be seen and heard through a camera, now my daughter was evaluated, (she has attention deficit), by phone, the first time, I did not find out, since she is older than age and she did NOT understand that she would see the psychologist by video call from a cell phone, for me that disqualifies the specialist in a great way, my daughter, with her attention deficit disorder, did not reveal this to me, on the second appointment, supposedly, to adjust the medication, it was also by video call, how can a specialist who does not weigh, does not take vital signs, or is not seeing his patient adjust controlled medications? He doesn't, he just keeps prescribing the same thing, to top it off, we couldn't see or hear the specialist well, a total disaster!
