Been coming here for close to a year now. This place is amazing. I've been to all sorts of gyms, boxes and fitness classes but honestly this is where I fit in the most. It's called PIT, partner interval training. Like your HIIT workouts but with a partner. It's one hour pretty intense but doable workouts from station to station and everyday is a new rep count. It changes daily even tho the machines are the same. You'll just have to see for yourself, first class is free. Bunch of classes Monday to Friday, Saturday 3 classes and Sunday one, so NO DAYS OFF! No excuses. Kendall has excellent coaches. The people that workout there are awesome too, always motivating and no egos. Take a towel and a water bottle because you'll need it.
