May be the best desiction my mom has EVER MADE this place it is such a nice place to go out for a walk or go talk a dip in the pool or walk around and play tag with frieinds can wait till i get wifi and i can live this place to the fullest Sydane.p:)

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Clarissa was exceptionally professional and helpful while showing me around, and the grounds and facilities were immaculate and well maintained. Definitely at the top of my list!

Came here all the time for a friend and everything was always so well kept and friendly, tennis court for those summer activities and a pool to cool off in after, and you can watch your kids play while chilling in some hammocks while your husband grills next to you. A truly relaxing and Destin vibing place to feel at home.

Very friendly office staff, and the maintenance is great! I enjoy getting my coffee from the office, and there's always a smile during my visit. I appreciate the resident emails from the office if there is something going on with the community. Legacy is close to so many things to do, and the beach! Would highly recommend.

Clarissa was very knowledgeable and sweet, this is where I go if I need anything, highly recommend.

Please do not be fooled by the pictures in the ad!

No matter what day it is, you'll find trash everywhere, people smoking marijuana, bugs everywhere and the worst coexistence you can imagine.

I don't understand how they can possibly force decent people to continue living in these types of places, instead of managing and enforcing the established rules.

Think three times before renting in this place, it will be hell to live here and even worse to be let go.

I’ve always enjoyed being here and it’s a more affordable alternative to the higher priced apartments in Destin

Constantly people at the pool past 1am blaring music. Downstairs neighbors with dogs that bark from 5am to 5pm. If you have any issues sleeping you’re going to hate it here. Might as well be a college apt. Or just re name the place legacy in the hood. Management? They don’t care and if you need anything fix you might as well beg. The price you pay is astronomical to the 1970s apts you’re going to be living in.

Went in to view and the young lady in the office was so nice. My appointment didn’t go through online but she got me in anyways. Kept me up to date on how to get the best rate and special for my move in. Greg helped with the application process. He communicated great and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The property seems to have been updated so all amenities are nice and taken care of. 10/10 has been a great experience so far. Also, pet friendly so you get to bring your babies! Probably the best deal in Destin by far!
