Legacy Palm Gardens, Hialeah FL

More than a month ago I asked Mr. Lester that a room was leaking and he never sent mtto, last night my entire room flooded. I went to see Jennifer today and she immediately said she would take care of it; Whenever Jennifer attends to a complaint, she looks for solutions, immediate, and with kindness, it is unacceptable that Mr. Lester is not up to her standards.

I’ve been living here for 4 years now. It’s nice and quiet. The apartments and appliances need an upgrade, they are VERY outdated but I know that if something breaks Julio and Eddy are quick to fix anything. Julio was wonderful enough to help me with one of my appliances very very quickly and I appreciate him so much.

I have been living here for three years now going on four and I have no complaints. The maintenance manager, Julio, just came by to help with an issue we were having with our refrigerator and he is always so gracious and helpful. The office staff is great, and our neighbors are wonderful!

Started living here and my dryer broke within the first month, as soon as i put in the work order they came in within the 24 hours to look at it, had to get a part ordered and they arrived the following morning and it got fixed by Julio in maintenance. He also noticed that two of my blinds were broken and he brought new ones to fix it right away. So happy with the turn around and the attention to detail.

I'm here just to say the bad character and how unpleasant the man who works in that office is, this comment is a group of many of us who live in the condominium, he has a very bad way of dealing with the public, quite the opposite from Mrs. Yeni she is very kind and if she listens to your concerns, but the Lord is the worst

Pet friendly, neighbors are very nice. Community is nicely maintained. Eddy, one of the maintenance folks works very hard to keep the buildings in good shape and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is, if you have an emergency (AC broken or leak) overnight or during a weekend you are most likely to not get it resolved. Someone is supposed to be on call but somehow that never happens.
