Legacy Properties, LLC Property Management, Trinity FL

Legacy Properties, LLC has consistently proven to be a staple of property management. Their practices are sound, communication is efficient and their fees, fair. Several have years have passed since establishing a working relationship with Legacy Properties, LLC and I am recommending this company to any landlord who is looking for quality management of their real estate.

I have been using Legacy Properties for just a year but I could not be more please with the service that they provide. Starting with the initial meeting with Chandre, to her finding an excellent tenant for my home in New Port Richey my experience has been outstanding. I live in Michigan and knowing that I have this excellent team keeping on eye on my home is a stress reliever. If anything goes wrong and needs to be repaired they are on it right away. I would never use another company to look after my home.

Been with Legacy Properties for a little over 4 yrs. Between weather, plumbing and other random Home Issue that come up with a Retro House on a Lake. Chandre has been on top of things and very communicative.

We hired Chandre to manage our rental home - within 2 weeks, we had our property leased out for a year! Chandre and her team have been excellent to work with; they're proactive, responsive, and provide great service! We're very happy that our partnership with Legacy Properties as well as we could've imagined (especially being out of state!). Thanks, Chandre, for the great service!

Warning: Do not hire this company to manage your rental properties. They do the minimum to "maintain" your properties. Pay extra attention to the accounting records they "maintain". Also, they're difficult to get ahold of during normal business hours.

Chandre and Chandler were fantastic and easy to work with! They were accommodating, attentive, and efficient. Would work with them again!

Although you guys have two different property managers they represent the company and only Chandre represents it well and professional. Your policy is understood but whether it is is right or makes sense to give a full months rent without even applying is very concerning. I was waiting up the road since 4: 28 when my appointment was 4: 45. She had mentioned no one would be there until 5: 15. I watched him pull up in his white car and she pull up alongside him. She shook his hand and they went straight in. I still pulled behind her at 4: 58 ahead of my time and ahead of the time she said she would be there. His reasonings for being there are not my concern, his behavior was and it should not have been condoned if we were to share the space / viewing to which we were not informed. This man had his hands behind his back and was pacing and following behind us and closing each door with no explanation even though his appointment was after ours. Chandler let us look around and although friendly she wasn’t informative or tried to be and I could tell she felt awkward understandably. This man locked us out from the garage while we were still in there and it was addressed when we walked back in the front but no apology and just an awkward laugh from Chandler. There is no justification for that behavior or why it was condoned on your end.

Chandre was very informative on every question that I had and was extremely helpful and kind. She was only in charge of certain listings so she told me to call her back next week for one spot and then to call Monica for another listing that I was interested in. Monica was very abrupt and non-informative and I could tell she didn’t really want to be bothered. She offered no type of help or information on what I should bring or where to even go. She just told me show up at 11: 30, no contact number, no address and no have a good day which is fine. That let me know I for sure didn’t want to work with her and from the other reviews it all makes sense. I call Chandre back the following week and I get another number for a Chandler. They inform me to bring a check or money order of the entire rent ($1575) to hold the place. Mind you, I haven’t even applied to the place and I’m expected to just give them money without any type of approval beforehand nor did Monica mention that for the previous house i was supposed to see. Coming from Clearwater it took me 50 minutes to arrive to the location. I prefer safe driving so I did not see I needed to confirm my appointment via text 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there. Fast forward, we finally enter the house and a brief introduction with a young woman and an older man standing there watching us. She was very friendly and told us to feel free to look around. The house itself had no air which makes sense since they were moving out but they were still in the process of leaving, the house smelled like dog and there were stains inside every closet and cabinet. Every where we went the man followed close behind closing every door behind us. We get to the garage and try to check out the side profile of the house and he shut the door behind us from the garage and locked us out. We have to walk all the way around the front door to even get back inside and my bf mentions he locked us out to which he barely acknowledged us. We were also informed they were still in the process of moving and that they would be replacing two things but we didn’t care to hear anymore. We felt watched and judged by the gentleman with the lady showing us the spot which is just absurd when you expect someone to give you a deposit first time meeting. If you’re going to have the current owners present make sure they don’t make prospective tenants feel unwanted, not welcomed and discriminated. Do not let the 3.7 stars fool you because it almost did us and if we were desperate I’m sure the experience would not have been pleasant working with Legacy. I wouldn’t also give business to the gentleman that probably owns or works with Legacy at the 7250 port richey location.

My roommate and I toured two different properties managed by Legacy Properties. Chandre was very professional and quickly responded to all our questions. Chandler was very accommodating to our work schedules to find a time to set up viewing appointments with us. They truly care about renters and are transparent about the application process. After wasting hundreds of dollars applying for properties with different companies who we wouldn’t hear back from for weeks, this was a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend!

Monica has been my property manager for 19 years and I refer everyone that needs a great property manager to her!

The ladies at legacy are my go to recommendation in property management. Monica is a seasoned property manager who is extremely dedicated to her craft. She works hard and knows how to balance the landlord and tenant dynamic by always protecting her clients assets but still maintaining positive relationships with the tenant ensuring a win win. Chandre and Monica are an awesome duet!

Monica was very accommodating when I contacted her needing a rental IMMEDIATELY. She was able to show the house, and get a lease ready to go for us to live in within a few days. Never had any issues during our stay and when we decided to buy a house, (and therefore move out of the rental) Monica was very sweet and supportive. She even accommodated our closing arrangement by working around the next tenant to give us extra time so that we would not be so stressed. Easy company to work with!

Monica has been rude for the passed two years, very difficult to deal with. She is not empathetic to the elderly population and likes to threaten to show her power. She should not be in this position as I have read numerous BAD reviews on her lack of service!
The owners of these homes need to know how rude of an individual they have dealing with their homes.
