Lehigh Resort Club reviews
13This place is just awesome, you can find a more expensive place easy enough, but you can’t find what this place has to offer, nice rooms, fitness facilities, day spa, bikes, tennis, golf ($) only.ping pong, board games, tiki bar, and more, on sight laundry free bring your own tide or whatever you use, totally accommodating staff, but i’ve gotta let you in on what i consider the best perk of all MADYS RESTAURANT right here on site, this lady is a world renowned chef, it doesn’t matter what you choose it’s awesome food, this lady is no joke she can throw it down, make you wanna smack your momma good, if you don’t like this place your unappeasable, so keep rollin don’t come here and mess up the vibe.i’m an actual person, have no dog in this fight just spitting facts.
Absolutely beautiful resort, pool, golf course, playground. The rooms are large with a separate full kitchenaid, from big fridge, to silver ware, blender, coffee maker, dishes, dish washer. Huge bathroom. Pull down bed. Small flat screen. Fold out couch and a balcony with table and chairs, smoking area without having to leave the room. And super affordable, about $100/nighty. Definitely Recommended
I have stayed at this resort 3 times, always pleasant and quiet. It's a home away from home
The room was clean. The pool was very relaxing. They have different functions going on throughout the week.
Secret little gem basically in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, jacuzzi and kiddie pool. Every day has scheduled activities. On site breakfast and lunch
If you are looking to get away from it all, this resort is it. Quiet and very well kept. Pool, spa, golf, and various other activities. It is away from the bustle of the bigger cities but still close enough for trips there if so interested.
The rooms were dated. Although very clean. Take cash. You have to pay for toilet paper if you use the 2 in the room. Tiki Bar and Cafe are cash only.
Very nice facilities. Staff works hard to provide excellent vacation experience. Nice little on-site restaurant.
We spent a week there. Pros: It's clean but dated 1990s decor. Pool was immaculately clean. Big Jacuzzi. The staff working on 5/6, she was amazing. Walmart close by. Cons: Lobby/staff hours close at 5pm, can't get help after hours unless its an emergency. Cable didn't work 5 out of 7 days. TVs kept going black and flickering, didn't get to watch. They came once to fix, was told by staff 5/8 (different very rude lady) they were too busy handling timeshares to assist me. I told her the customer is your business and wanted management to call me, never received a call. Bugs, ants, etc. All over food when trying to cook. Bring your own bug spray. Microwave worked but was terribly glued on front door. Forgot to take pic. I asked about fees $150, I asked what is was for and she said damages. I asked her where do we report damages that existed before we arrived she over the phone right now. But had already been told they were too busy? The location is way off beaten path. Closest nice restaurants are 20-30 minutes away. Ft. Myer Beach is 1 hour minimal drive. Sanibel Island 1 1/2 hours away. Most restaurants and shops destroyed by hurricane in September 2022.
I will say that the pro shop guys. Primarily Jim, the pro, was the nicest guy you ever want to meet. Overall the entire place was very nice. However Lehigh Acres is a dumpster fire.
Fantastic.
Spent 5 days there in January of 2023 in room 337. Likely the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Could not find anything dirty. After booking this place someone posted that they had bedbugs which freaked me out so when I got there I disassembled the bed and inspected with a flashlight. No signs of bed bugs. Mattress looked brand new. I then tried to find things wrong or dirty and looked everywhere. No dirt on top of refrigerator. Nothing on top of cabinets.nothing behind the bed. Take a look at the photos. Anyone stay at an extended stay and use the kitchen cabinets which have a sticky residue due to people handling the cabinets. Not even close here. They felt brand new. Since the 80s called and asked for their decor back, I must assume they clean like crazy or they refinished the cabinets which they may have as they had put felt on all the doors (Before soft close cabinet hinges). Would not care if it was victorian decor as long as it was spotless like this.
Only thing I have an issue with is the murphy bed is too close to the window so hard to get in and out of. The toilet seat needs to be replaced as they have cleaned is so much it has eroded the finish down to the wood in one spot.
The epoxy coating on the exterior deck was perfect. Well Maintained.
The last bastion of civilized living. No pets.no smoking. The rules say if they catch either they kick you out.
Down side is that these are time share type units and not a hotel. You need to bring what you need. We had 4 pillows and they would not give us any additional. But they did provide coffee and toilet paper and will pick up your dirty towels once a week.
Nice rooms. Quiet atmosphere on a golf course, huge pool, on site free laundry, putt putt golf - snack shop. Keep in mind not like a hotel Generally older crowd of nice people. I’m thinking this will be on a future destination list for me.
