Norielqui was a great salesperson. The entire Lehman genesis staff was a great helping hand when getting my gv70.

The car buying process was pretty seamless (2023 GV70). Things went downhill when I brought my SUV in for its first oil change and a few days later noticed an oil leak. When I called to make an appt to have them fix the leak that they caused I was told “Next available appt is 4 weeks out…we are overbooked and under staffed! ” THEN the AWD light came (less than 5k miles) …. It took two months of my SUV being in the shop, countless calls and conversations with corporate, unanswered calls from the service department to finally get my SUV fixed. When corporate got involved they even had issues getting returned calls from the service department. Imagine paying 2 months worth of car payments to ride around in a loaner car…not another GV70 or anything equivalent it was an Elantra.
**also noticed one of my tires looks like they were switched out. My car has less than 9k miles.and when I brought my car in all my tires were in great condition! *

Every worker I’ve been with here is super slow and their deals are horrible king genesis is way better. These people don’t know how to do their job

I have a 2022 GV70 which was brought in on 11/1 for regular maintenance on and new brakes, upon arrival I was told there was a recall on the fuel pump I informed them that my ac was also not working. Here it is 11/15 I still have not received my car nor are they able to provide a loaner no communication from them until yesterday because I came in inquiring about my car on Monday. Terrible service No consideration for the customer who’s spending their money

I wanted to share my recent experience with the service department today. My current vehicle check engine light came on and brought the vehicle in due to light, however was told by the service advisor that it will take about 7 to 10 business days for diagnostic and they also do not have any loaner vehicles to provide, how could that be if I purchase genesis vehicle and its one of the services they provide as their valet service, very disappointed in the service today.

I can’t speak for all but my salesman was one of the best. Just ask for Jonathan! He will take care of you from start to finish. My 2023 GV70 had a few scratches he made the appt immediately as soon as purchase to have the vehicle painted. He even scheduled my next oil change. We dod have a lil issue with the mobile app. He answered every call / text until the issue was resolved. He will not leave you hanging after the purchase. I was already pre-approved. You know dealers don’t really like that. However, Jonathan promised that he would be there. That’s what he did! JUST ASK FOR JONATHAN you won’t be disappointed……. Tell him Tyra sent you.

BEWARE! Went to the dealership to payoff my lease today. The dealership tried charging additional fees not in the lease contract, per federal law that is illegal and there are tons of attorneys that sue to recover those fees online. Stay away from this dealership and all that charge anything not in your contact! Photos of the people i delt with, who were highly disrespectful and unprofessional are attached. This dealership is shady!

Service department is a clown show. I've called 2x to schedule an appointment and they can't pick up the phone. They offer a callback but never do. I asked for the service manager Henry to call me. He's no better never called back. Customer service is the worst. Since writing this the person who answers the reviews NEELA contacted me by email. So unprofessional. Extremely sassy and had to get the last word. These people are monsterous buffoons.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but feel compelled after having a nightmare of a customer experience purchasing a Genesis with this dealership. I can concur with the review below that once this dealership get's your money, they cut off all communication. I was erroneously charged an additional $5k on top of the full purchase price of my vehicle. When trying to get in touch with a finance team member to review and get my money back, it was nearly impossible. I had to go back to the dealership to get a hold of someone. To date, the funds have not been returned to me and have to go through the process of disputing with my bank. I was also sold a vehicle that had a patch on the tire. This was not disclosed or communicated to me at all during the sales process. 1 day after purchasing the vehicle, the tire was quickly losing air. When bringing the vehicle to service, they wanted me to pay for the repairs. One day after purchase! It was then after they looked further into it, they informed me the tire was patched up and would replace it for me. Find yourself a better dealership in the area like Rick Case.

They are the worst is responding after the transaction has been completed. Traded in a car that was on lease in which the dealership was to pay off my lease vehicle. Two months later, I'm still being invoiced for my lease vehicle which was supposed to be paid off. I've been calling Lehman for a week and sales rep Anthony keeps telling me they will call me back. No call back and no rectifying the situation. Very unprofessional and not worth dealing with these people. My suggestion is to stay clearly away from Lehman Genesis.
