I always love coming here but the only thing is the parking! Gosh the parking really sucks. The food is always good and fresh and the waiters are always so friendly and quick to help you. I have been so many times to this location and the one in Boca. I would recommend 100%

The establishment is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. The problem is the food. Broth was bland. The meat was below average quality and very chewy like rubber. Would not come here again but that's just my personal preference.

Customer service was good, very clean, fresh vegetables and fruits. Definitely will come back.

Fantastic, as authentic as you can get! The staff are wonderful and helpful, the food is continually filled with fresh veggies and the fruit is mouth watering!

After walk in for 5 minutes, I would never ever go to this restaurant again!
When I came into the door, I said two of us. A guy turned around and walked away without saying anything. We stood still and didn't know what to do and where to go. Another female server next to us told us to follow him. Without seating us, he saw my dog carrier and said that pets are not allowed.
I told him my dog is a services animal. He asked me for the ID, I said sure and was about to go get it from my car even it’s pouring outside. He said he would need to move us to a corner table, we agreed. He also said that if our service dog is out of control or comes out of the carrier he has the right to ask us to leave. He has the right to kick out any customers, but those people who needs service dogs doesn’t have the right to eat here? We were so nice to him all the time and tried our best to cooperate, but explain to me what do you mean by out of control when my dog hasn’t make any sound or move a bit and we just got there less than 5 mins and was not even seated. He just doesn’t want to take us but know this would break the law. He should have just say No to us, then I would just call the police to file this. My only hope is the waiter can respect every life. Every life deserves respect. And I hope he can realize the true meaning and value of all service animal. Respect is mutual, he dons’t know how to respect at all!

Food is tasteless and poor service. There’s a male server don’t know his name but he has an attitude, he looks like he hate his job and what he’s doing. Go somewhere else plenty of hot pot options in south Florida now.

Terrible service and disappointed foods! No one gave me menu and water. A server passed by my table four times, he even did not ask anything. MANAGERS RUN YOUR BUSINESS! Also, I don’t believe the ingredient are fresh. The meats smell disgusting. If you want to try the hot pot, this restaurant absolutely is NOT a good choice.

Looking for the worst service you could get within 5 mins of your walk-in before you were even seated? Looking for a server who shows no respect at all? This is the place! Walked in with my friend and my service animal in a suitcase pet carrier. Have been nicely cooperating when asked for service animal ID and asked to move us to the corner by a male server even before we were seated. Then, out of the blue he started saying “if things got out of control like if the dog got out, we may ask you to leave” while nothing has happened and my dog didnt even moved a bit or make any sound at all! I said okay my dog is super well behave. He said next time you need to inform us before? How? Not like you found out about it in the middle of my dine-in. Then I said you can see the dog from all angles of the pet carrier. It’s obvious, otherwise how can you know or tell. Plus, we just walked in a minute ago and it’s not like I can put a sign on my face that I have a dog. I didn’t want to argue with someone that has no idea about respect, I said “thank you and forget it” then walked out of there. Just 5 minutes after I walked in before I was seated, I decided to leave with all these troubles and assumptions he’s making and the way we were treated. He could have just said they don’t take service animal, so i can just call the police. Hope one day he could learn to show some respect. Will never come back again and do not recommend this place! Plenty of hot pot options in town now! Master Ba’s in FTL and Sunrise or drive 5 mins go to Miami Hot BBQ with way more friendly staffs and more authentic hot pot!

Nah the place is for sure good. I'm unimpressed with the bad reviews. It's hard to find good asian food in Miami - and this is good food.

First time I tried hotpot in Pekín and this is exactly the same. Very delicious, all food is fresh. Clean place and friendly staff. Even if you are full you want to eat more and more, because it’s really tasty.

Hot pot is good but it's expensive. The broths are good and the place is nice and clean. Good meat slections and fresh veggies. Service is a hit or miss. Our server tonight didn't really pay attention to us. She didn't refill our broth or drink. One of the manager seems to always looking at you as if he is hinting for you to eat faster and leave so he can server other customers. Kinda uncomfortable. Also parking is a pain on the weekend.

I love this place so much. Food is great! The reason i gave them 4 stars because they change their concept. I think its a bad idea putting all out their food and let the customer gets their own food especially covid.it would’ve be good if they constantly telling to the customers to use plastic gloves when they get the food.the gloves are in every corner of the food section customers doesn’t use their brain to use it. But overall. Service is excellent and service!

Great restaurant, you get to cook your own food, the food itself is delicious, bathrooms are nice and clean. This is my third time here And I love it.

The selection is great and quality as well. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because we go quite often and every single visit we find that the price has gone up each time. They should find 1 price that works and keep it consistent.

Clean and friendly staff. The food was amazing, my 15 year old daughter enjoyed herself very much. Our server was very attentive, my daughter even recognized the great service she was getting.
