Don't believe Sales consultants at Lennar. All lies and false statements. Sales consultant told me this is best deal and next purchase going to be a higher price. I referred to my friend who is out of state and they gave him 9k less than my home on same evening. Instead of giving me the referral bonus, they just cheated me with higher purchase price by telling all lies. I felt like some one stabbed on stomachs while feeding him the food. I tried to cancel the contract but they didn't agree and still lying about I got the great deal though they can't sell to someone with that great deal. They talk very sweet until they get your deposit then they would show their true colors.

Do not spend your hard-earned money buying your dream home from Lennar. They are very dishonest! We asked up front if any of the new townhomes would be rental property and we were told no. After our move-in we attended our first HOA meeting. We were informed that over 30% of our subdivision is rental property. Not one homeowner living on the property in our subdivision was elected to the board, because Lennar allows corporations to buy up many of the homes. Our HOA board now consists of all people who invested and do not even live in the state of Florida. We are not even allowed as residents to have their contact information! Since March, our subdivision has been spiraling downward. We have since learned that selling homes to corporations for rental property is a common practice for Lennar.

Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can't go lower. Poor communication, lying to customers, rude employees and managers

They are disorganized in construction and if they treat a contractor badly they will put up with it or they will kick them out if they complain, it is one thing to work under pressure and another with rudeness and humiliation, I heard a supervisor treating some contractors extremely badly who only told her no They had done that job, if that's how their collaborators treat me, I don't have much to say about the client when they close

We moved in September 2022, since then I had to jump through hoops to get Lennar to fix under warranty a LOT of issues. I had to call them almost every day until I got something done.however, there are still some issues that have NOT been resolved. I have called many times and no update.
I even reviewed them back in December and I got an email saying that someone was going to contact me but NEVER DID!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY LENNAR!

Lennar title hands down are the best! Easy breezy closings every time. I am always happy how they treat my clients.

I WISH I would have listened to all the horrifying reviews and warnings about Lennar. They are all true. Now I'm nothing but another one star review. Do yourself a favor, don't become the next one star.

The sales consultants that work for Lennar are crooks, they lie to you about a lot of things. If you decide to go through this company, don’t believe what the sales consultant tells you. I can tell you first hand with our experience with Jeffrey Grant. We are now proceeding with legal assistance for their negligence.
