Everyone was wonderful, great customer service, very nice, very caring from the front desk person to the doctor to the Manager especially the manager Martha. She was exceptional.

I got my prescription somewhere else and I did not trust them in giving me the best quality lenses. I had been to LensCrafters in the past for many years but moved and one was just not convenient at the time. Now that I pay out of pocket I want the best and will be returning.

Saskia was a godsend because my husband wanted a particular style Oakley frame and lens set and system was telling her that it wasn’t possible but she tried everything. Her persistence was successful.

I booked an eye appointment for my daughter and it’s been years since I’ve went. I picked this location after previously walking in one day after they recently opened. The staff, doctor and manager of the location were very attentive, educated myself on every discovery that was made. Very patient with us and helping us pick out glasses, went over my eye benefits in details, just overall the best eye exam and purchase experience. I use to go to the one in Pembroke mall but decided to pick them based on the previous interaction in their store. I want to tell them Thank You for the wonderful experience!

Both ladies provided me and my wife with exceptional service. There was an issue with ordering my glasses and they spent over an hour trying to resolve the problem. Even when I was ready to give up they kept on trying. They wanted to ensure I left with what I wanted. Thank you both for your hard work and great service.

We got our seven year old daughter’s glasses here and we’ve been very impressed. Good price, prescription was good and Sarah who helped us has been wonderful. We’ve come back once or twice just to tweak and tighten the fit. Sarah’s always been great with our daughter. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Wonderful experience from the time I made the appointment. Philip and Dr. Cohen are amazing. The entire process from start to finish was professional, informative, knowledgeable and most of all a friendly warm atmosphere. The office was immaculate and very modern. The eyeglass collection is very modern and chic! Martha is amazing and helped me find glasses that looked great and fit well. My new favorite place to get glasses!

I walk into Lens Crafters on 136 last week with an issue with my glasses and immediately was greeted by Ludlow who was very attentive, addressed my problem right away and adjusted my glasses. Ludlow is a great asset to Lens Crafters.

Today I came into this store skeptical about buying glasses from a new store like this, but I am glad I walked in to see what they offer. I was immediately helped by the assistant store manager Martha Ibarrola. She has an amazing attitude and willing to go above and beyond to find the right frames for you. I went from looking for frames to buying just because she was such a help to what I was looking to match my face. The team she has is extraordinary, and I am happy that I walked in today to check out the new place.

I came to this location to get my glasses adjusted, Sara was very professional & helped me in making sure my adjustment was perfect! The location was clean, great selections and attentive staff. I will come again for all of my adjustments and cleaning needs!

I love my local lens crafters… I’ve been with them since the first lab location in Sawgrass and ever since they keep growing and becoming the go to for the latest styles and the best brands. I was so excited when the new location added some high end classics like Persol. My wife and I love Rayban and get both prescription progressive transitions as well as prescription sunglasses when it’s all about the sun and style. The new store is amazing and the bonus is that the same trusted opticians I work with are still there. Spent a couple hours there today with Isaura Gonzalez…I call her Isa some call her Susan…her name for me is amazing. She basically will spent her time working with me on all my requests (usually a dozen) till I finally make up my mind. She has all my records for years so when I say. “ those glasses I lost the aviators” she looks and says “yes you got them in 2017 and here are the details”. Ordered a few pairs today for me and the wifey from Ray Ban and Persol. Can’t wait to get them. I highly recommend them…and I only review businesses that truly make a difference especially local.
