Very bad, Friday jimmy said, definitely Tuesday after Christmas ok, I waited and didn’t go until Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat I went and “Danette” oh not ready but in final stages. Don’t know when exactly, but all kinds of reasons, blah blah blah, doesn’t matter. Why not a simple email or text … order delayed, come to get on x date. Just need basic lenses, 1hr is a myth.
1st rule, apologize before the
story of excuses

The kind lady who assisted us yesterday 12/4/2023 around 4pm was so knowledgeable and patiently explained to us the difference of each specs. I highly recommended Lenscrafter University for awesome friendly staff and their skills and services are exceptional.

Laura was extremely helpful with my selection of glasses! She is very knowledgeable and took time with me to find the perfect pair of glasses! Thank you so much, Laura!

This LensCrafters location completely wasted my time. The first time I went in, it took 30-45 minutes just to get someone who could tell me how much a pair of eyeglasses would cost. We finally sat down with a gentleman and went through the whole ordering process. I agreed to the price even though it was much more expensive then everywhere else. However I agreed because I thought the extra cost would mean a better experience…. WRONG.

After a week I followed up just to make sure everything was on track. I was assured everything was all set and the glasses were ON THE WAY! Great, I don’t mind waiting…

Followed up on week two because I did not hear anything, plus I was a little concerned because the glasses were coming from Georgia, so why would shipping take so long?

Well after speaking to the manager, they essentially told me the glasses were never ordered and they would have to order them again and I would need to wait another two weeks.

Realize that two weeks prior they happily took my money and said they would place the order….

I told the manager no thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you can’t manage to place an order, how do I know you can correctly fit me for lenses…

Well unfortunately for me the manager told me she could not give me my money back unless I came back to the store. Unbelievable…. Holding my money hostage and wasting more of my time.

My suggestion is to only purchase here if they have the frame in stock. I would never trust them to place an order. Just know they will happily take your money and not follow through on their end.

My experience at Lens Crafters is always superb. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and ultra professional. Even when they are extremely busy, they acknowledge your presence and take care of you as quickly as possible.

I love this store. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. They have an excellent selection of frames.

Incompetent receptionist. I had an eye exam appointment that I booked because Lenscrafters was listed as a provider on my insurance website. Upon checking in, the receptionist told me that they don't have my insurance even though it was listed on the website because the doctor is "independent" from lenscrafters and he only takes Spectera. I went to target optical and the clearly much more informed receptionist took my insurance and told me that I have Spectra and that Lenscrafters is under the same company as target so they should have taken my insurance. In the end, I went through all this trouble because the Lenscrafters receptionist is incompetent. My time is wasted and my exam is delayed.

Lenscrafters is the only place to get glass, MDs ceck your eyes, optometrist provides glasses, frames, lenses, colors, shades, everything.top notch.

My husband and I had a great experience buying prescription sunglasses for him. Everyone was kind, helpful and thorough. I went back for an eye exam as I needed my prescription tweaked. My prescription is now perfect! The doctor was great and very professional.

Laura is your girl. Stop by and see her she was the most professional and helpful employer I’ve met at lens crafter. Very patience and happy to help. We appreciate all you do Laura.

Rachel was so helpful assisting with my sons new glasses! She did an amazing job connecting with him while fitting them to his face. She gave him age appropriate tips and tricks on how to care for them. Thank you Rachel!
