Dropped my husbands glasses off no appt or anything. The guy (I wish I remembered his name) that welcomed me tried to fix them so I didn’t have to wait for the other employee to get in an hour later. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix them and I did have to come back, which is totally ok.
I had my 4 month old with me when I went in and when I came back I parked and before I could get my son out the man from earlier brought my husband’s glasses out to me! So polite. I know it is my own choice, but it is such a hassle to get my son in and out of the car and load/unload the stroller on my own. Especially for something that was going to take 2 seconds. He did not have to bring them out to me by any means and I am so appreciative he did. My son had just fallen asleep before we got there and if I had to remove the car seat from the car he definitely would have woken up and been up the whole car ride home too. It was such a simple thing but really helped me out tremendously today with such a small gesture. Great customer service from him when I went in to drop the glasses off too. Thank you sir!

I always receive exceptional care here from the front office staff, the sales staff, and of course Dr. Tanke. He is very kind and thorough. I can always find glasses at a reasonable price and have never had a problem with their products. I highly recommend coming here, I've been coming here for many, many years.

Absolutely no customer service to speak of. I was greeted and that was about it. Left to my own devices with no offer of assistance. For some people, the hands off approach works. For me, not so much.

I'm needing my first pair of glasses and didn't know where to go. I'm so glad I chose Lenscrafters on West New Haven. The doctor was experienced and thorough. He really listened to my issues and helped me get what I needed! The docotor's assistant took the time to explain what my insurance covered and what I would need to pay for. Same for the Lenscrafters sales staff. They explained my coverage and didn't push me, I was able to explore all the brands and styles while they were standing by, available the second I had a question. I walked away knowing I was in good hands. Thank you Dr Tanke and Veronica!

UPDATE:
I needed to use the service plan/warrenty yesterday. It took about 10 minutes for him to process the warrenty. I get to keep my prescription sunglasses, which were bent, while I wait for the new ones. He tightened up my bent ones and straightened them out for me so I could wear them, I didn't even have to ask. It was so quick and easy. Everyone I've come in contact with has been amazing.

"Julie", the employee who assisted us, was terrific, great personally, and very knowledgeable, and took as much time as we needed to make decisions on the eyeglasses. She was wonderful!

Purchased glasses with an existing prescription based off of current glasses. The new glasses came in without the progressive lenses. I returned and Guillermo apologized for the mistake took the correct prescription from the glasses as he did not “realize” that they were progressives. I receive a message from Micheal requesting an additional 190$ after the original transaction of 238$. So they want 428$ for a pair of progressive lenses which I paid 80$ previously through Zenni. I understand mistakes and even a minimum up charge, but nearly double? For a mistake that they made? I will never return here. Complete ripoff.

We brought our 11-year-old son here today after he lost his glasses in the ocean. We are on vacation, leaving Florida tomorrow, and will continue traveling for a while, so we knew this was tricky timing for getting new glasses. We were able to get a last-minute appointment, and the optometrist was very nice and great with our son. The optician was super helpful in finding a new pair of frames, and they were even able to fill the new prescription as we waited! It took just over 2 hours total. We got very lucky and are grateful for such a smooth experience!

Gina was the best, she allowed me to completely tie up her morning while helping me select new sunglasses to go with my prescription eyeglasses. I highly recommend you go see Gina at the Melbourne store

Dr Tanke is amazing O. D. P. A and Michael is the most amazing Tech and always goes the extra mile to help They don't take my insurance but they are the best! They will have my business for many years to come.

Dr. Tanke is absolutely OUTSTANDING! He is VERY knowledgeable and friendly. His medical assistants were super nice and did their jobs perfectly. Michael, in the LensCrafters frames side did a great job and was very thorough, answered all of our questions while fitting the glasses to our faces. We highly recommend this place and will be back again for all of our eye care needs.

I went to LensCrafters to get a couple pairs of glasses. Everyone was excellent but I have to give a special thank you to Veronica. Veronica was very patient with me and my questions. She helped me understand the differences between the options involved with purchasing with the company.

But best of all, Veronica showed me why the current glasses I was wearing were not fitting properly and why the choice of glasses I made was, while better, still not ideal, and it has to do with temple length. Once she showed me a pair with a more appropriate length I was surprised at how well it fit, and I made my choice. I wish someone had explained this to me earlier, but because of Veronica’s patience and informative nature, I cannot wait to have what will be the best fitting pair of glasses I have ever owned. Veronica loves what she does and she is fantastic at it. Thank you, Veronica!

I had set my appointment a month in advance, online in which it showed my insurance listed upon making the appointment. It wasn't until 4 days before my appointment that they decided to call me and let me know that they do not take my insurance.even though it was listed when making the appointment. If the list was correct or they called me when I made the appointment in the first place, I could have had my appointment done already somewhere else and wouldn't be so upset about it. Very upset with the falsity of the insurance providers they take and how they handled it. Such a waste of time!

My wife and daughter spent a frustrating day trying to find daughter glasses she would wear. The last place they looked was LensCrafters in W. Melbourne and you could instantly see the difference in quality and variety. Michael Mullins was VERY patient, helpful and professional even though the store was closing in less than 1 hour. Will definitely be going back there for eyewear for whole family.

I've been a customer of LensCrafters for almost the total time you're open, started in east Brunswick, NJ.never gone to another as noone could give me what I want, your company excells in my happiness and I'm sure others too. I've been in Melbourne FL since 2000 and Mr Micheal Mullens has taken care of me roughly half that time and more am sure.
ThAnx for having such awesome standards.
