Purchased my prescription glasses from LensCrafters in January and took it to target to get fitted after they started falling loose. Well, they messed it up…but Bill at the sunset point LensCrafters made everything perfect again and for no charge!

Poor service; slow service; had a problem with needing adjustment of the new frames, and staff was very unresponsive and when they did respond, they were rude. Maybe I had a bad experience with one person. My experience buying the glasses was very average, although I felt like they were car salesman. 30 day return policy
Is not long enough. My glasses took almost 4 weeks just to come in. I am stuck with glasses I can't wear for 1 year until insurance will cover a new pair.
