If your in the market for new eye ware I Highly recommend you visit the Lenscrafters @ International Mall Tampa. I recently purchased a pair of progressive glass from them, and they made the process seamless. First off Dr. Tran was thorough in her examination and explained everything to me in simple terms so that I can understand. Secondly Terri who assisted me with the purchase of my lenses was super helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain in detail what my options were based on my insurance. To me that in itself is worth its weight in gold. Over all holistically the entire store helped me and made me feel very comfortable and safe during these trying times. Went to Tampa for vacation but I unfortunately lost my eyeglasses. Came to Lenscrafters at International Mall and was able to get an eye exam and new eyeglasses at the same day. Kudos to Noah for assisting me.

He felt something was off

It turned out that he lost a nose piece.
They were very helpful and replaced both. We are traveling and didn’t have to worry about waiting until we arrived home to get them fixed.

I went to Lenscrafters today to get a replacement for my eyeglasses as I had purchased the insurance for replacement in case anything happened. The replacement expired on the 9th of December and the store manager did not approve the 4 day exception as today is the 13th. I am extremely disappointed as I have purchased over 15 pair of designer eyeglasses from them. My husband, son, and myself always use our vision insurance with them. The store manager did not even give us the time of day as we were not important enough for her to get out of her chair or make eye contact. I will not be returning, they lost a loyal customer for the simple fact of poor customer service.
