LensCrafters, Orlando FL

I have been a LensCrafters customers for 6 years and have received excellent service every time I go, both with the Dr and with the lenses/ frames staff. I wish the store I go to (Millenia Mall) would have a larger selection of frames, more "edgier" choices. The staff is very kind and will do whatever it takes to help you out.

I love the service and the store variety but even with insurance your glasses come up to way too expensive. I purchase this time due to covid-19 cause it is hard to go from place to place as freely like befofe and also cause it was an emergency but I won’t purchase from you guys again. Sorry I am just being honest. Your glasses come up to waaaaaaay toooo expensive.

The experience in trying to buy contacts was not what I expected to be treated as a customer the team leader Edwin store manager Yurita Riviera should transfer or retraining Edwin on customer service very short temper and rude it seems like I was playing musical chairs sit here no sit here after getting up Ill be back in a minute, I said why are me to move if you're not going take care of me now he rolled his eyes back and answered me im going to take care of the people first, then on the phone then on the computer he came back but the damage was done I ordered my contacts but I new that things were uncomfortable when a lady siting behind him said don't worry your doing a great job as he was finishing my transition Im sorry but this kinda costumer service was terrible shame on you guy.

Very helpful, and kind. I will be back next year for my visit again. Thanks, for all that y'all do for your customers.

I always have a pleasant experience at this store. The customer service is great and they always work to accommodate your needs. The store manager is very friendly and knowledgeable; he remembers me every time I visit the store. I highly recommend this store for your vision needs.

After waiting two hours to ne attended! We just left! Its too busy for them to handle! They need more staff!

We came in on the Friday before Thanksgiving because our son broke his glasses at school that day. Perfect timing! Aston was the best! Not only did he help a tween pick out some radical frames, but they were ready the next day. Aston was super helpful and made the entire experience hassle free. Because of this, I picked out some awesome frames with the proper lenses fitting, since the place I went before completely botched them. Thank you Aston and Andrew!

Great experience. The staff was very friendly. It was a little expensive but this a chain store in a mall so I wasn't surprised.

Had an amazing experience there today. Andy, the store manager, couldn’t have been more professional, friendly, and helpful. Felt 0% pressure when browsing, and got honest feedback on how lens were fitting my face. Between the high tech eye exams and frame fitting to the ease of insurance processing, it’s hard to beat LensCrafters, and very hard to beat the service Andy brings to his store. I hope the company takes notice and use this location as a model for customer service, well done!

Great quick service, good attitudes, especially Andy when I came to pick up my glasses! One of the first people to actually help adjust my glasses to my face and it makes a huge difference!

Everyone from the sales floor to the optometrist office carries great customer service. Great team.

My wife and I went there for her glasses, the experience was great Pedro was very informative and professional wish that more places where customer friendly like this. Very valuable employee.

Had me on hold for 20 min after calling 4 times just to be transferred from the upstairs store to the downstairs store until i called corporate and all of a sudden everyone wanted to do their job. Will never go back there again!

Best customer service and they took care of me before they were closing up shop. My prescription was perfect, I was in and out so fast.

Made an appointment for my child but when we got there after filling out all the paperwork and waiting around they I formed me the doctor would not see children under 7. Could have told me that anytime before I had found child care for my younger child and pulled the patient from school
