First time consultation at LPS.
The staff was professional yet kind. Megan made me feel welcome. I was early for my appointment, but did not have to wait long.
Bridget addressed the few questions that I had. And educated me in the process. Offering considerable options and services provided by LPS. I was offered reading material to help me make future decisions of treatment.

Do not recommend this place. I wanted to make an appointment for a consultation for the upper eyelid surgery. I was told that the surgeon will give me the price of the surgery during my appointment. To get a final price during consultation is pretty normal but the lady I spoke to couldn't even give me a rough estimate. I have no idea if we are talking about 3k or 5k or 10k.
I was told that doctors time is pretty valuable. However patients time is not considered valuable. Patients are second class citizens I guess. One place of my list. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate

My first time getting a hydro facial. It was amazing and my face felt hydrated and glowing. Jessica was so kind, professional and went the xtra mile to treat my skin.

When I called to make an appt.for Ultherapy. The scheduler said I needed a consult. When I asked who I would meet with she said the aesthetician. I got ready and drove 25 min to get there and met with aesthetician. When she found out I had done Ultherapy several times in the past she said there hadn’t be a need for me to come in. That should be a question at the front end. “ Is this your first time? ”, right? Would have saved everyone’s time and made the office look more professional.

Dr. Lentz fit me into the appointment schedule quickly after having me referred to her by an ENT doctor for what appears to be a significant problem that requires prompt attention. Based on good things I've heard about Dr. Lentz, I feel confident in having her do this surgery on me.
