Love the way the manager luke stepped in to take my daughters pic the other guy louis didnt have any energy and when i was asking questions the two tried to answer the same time louis literally walked off and never returned unprofessional

The staff was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make my sons senior pictures a fun and memorable experience. I truly appreciate theIr professionalism and advice when it came to capturing the perfect photo.

Way too expensive. Very frustrating as a parent. I have filed my complaint with my son's school as well.

Website easy to navigate just wish they had more single options and maybe a discount for ordering more than one package.

Prices are ok, sometimes pictures don't come out how you'd expect after paying for extra. Ok for the most part.

Depends on whisk taking your picture! The guy who did my daughters outside pics was Brilliant, the female who did the inside pics wasn't as half as good as the guy.

If I could give a 0 I would. I received my child’s class pic with the wrong grade at the bottom of the pic.they blame the school instead of taking responsibility for it. Cause other parents got it right come on now. I will never ever order from them again

If it was possible to give zero starts I would. I genuine concern that you seem to have a stranglehold on school pictures for my kids. The policy of forcing parents to pay (minimum $40 package) per child just to sit and have their picture taken when it may end up being of questionable quality is to put it mildly lousy. At best this is a bad policy. At worst it's extortion. I've always bought my kids pictures through school but the prices continue to climb and this may be the last time I put up with type of poor policy.

The picture provided was unacceptable. The package was $42.00. Due to the child’s illness the retake date was missed. The customer “service” person stated there are no additional retake dates. The studio will not make any effort to schedule a session for a better picture. It seems that Leonard’s was the low bid for the school district. Low bid equals poor customer service. I would not recommend them at all.

The photographers were a little rushed (maybe not their fault) but in turn that made us feel rushed. We had an appointment time set and they were still running pretty far behind.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I took my pictures but they weren't sent to my school so now I'm not even in my highschool year book! The quality in the pictures weren't that good, and the people that works for their customer service department are very RUDE AND NASTY! And they are so unprofessional.
