Leonard's Senior Portrait Studio ORLANDO, Casselberry FL

Everyone was helpful and courteous with great attitudes. They were ready for us promptly at our appointment time and had us in and out quickly.

It was a nice studio. Clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant. When we signed up for our session the site stated that CoVID safety precautions were in place.

However when we arrived, only one staff member wore a mask. My daughter and I wore masks and maybe a handful of other guests out of the possible 20 while we were there. They also did not limit number of guests into studio like the site stated. Understandably she has to remove her mask for photos, and the space between her and photographer was within reason. But when photographer had to make adjustments with her hair and top, he was in her personal space and did not have a mask on. I’m immunocompromised and we’ve been diligent with safety precautions so this was definitely a disappointment. We only decided to go into the studio because we believed this would be a safe option. It was not. The studio needs to update their CoVID precautions information on their website so that guests are aware that masks are optional and not mandatory so guests’ safety and comfort is not compromised.

I am very Happy with Leonard.com! I just received my sons Senior pictures and the did an awesome job! Also were very attentive and professional. They answered all my questions promptly and politely! Thank you Stacy Worley for all your help!

Only available place that my school would accept my senior portrait from. Overall decent experience though.

Super friendly staff, very quick and efficient. We was in and out! I love that they had high school students working there/volunteering, not sure but either way all in all great experience for us!

From the time we walked in to the time we left everyone was so nice, helpful and professional. Too bad this is my daughter’s last year in HS. Wish I can post pictures but haven’t received them yet? Can’t wait to see them.

Oh happy day! We arrived on the first day of mask freedom. The place is large and very clean. Staff was wonderful. My daughter did her senior pictures here. Very professional attitudes in all staff. They even helped us decide where we would have lunch. I would highly recommend.

Affordable senior photos with great quality and extremely professional staff. The photographer's took their time with various props, back grounds and poses. I would highly recommend this studio for senior photos.

My daughter and I went in for her Senior portraits. Loved the staff from the minute we walked through the door! The front staff worked quickly with paperwork and clothing changes. The photographer, David was amazing! He paid attention to details (flyaways were not allowed on his pics)! That made mom super happy! Can’t wait for the proofs & pics!

Go elsewhere if you can. Most of us don’t order all of the photos taken during a shoot and want to go back and order. This place does keep your images. They archive them. They have your image #’s. BUT won’t allow parents to access and order. Stating “if you don’t have each individual image # we can’t help you” although THEY HAVE THEM

Was taking portraits for my school and was the first person there, no one was behind me in line or anything and the photographer snapped a photo and told the photographer next to her “is this good enough” and they both shrugged and laughed at each other instead of retaking my photo. Extremely unprofessional

I called because i Never received school photos of my child last year. I spoke with a female Named Tracie or Tracy. Not sure the spelling. She helped me from the moment i got on the phone with her til the end. She went far and beyond with helping me with all my questions, was completely understandable and polite. She is truly amazing even with all my out of the ordinary questions and had her digging deep into old things to find answers. She is AMAZING! Thank you so much!

My daughter had her Graduation pic today. This is the company OCVS offered to their students. My daughter scheduled a 15 min session. She arrived on time. And was put in a cap and gown. The cap was too tight and she asked to adjust it and then fix her hair. Nope. Photographer snapped one picture and dismissed her. She wasn't shown the pic not were there any more pics to choose from. They didn't spend 5 mins with her! This is her high school graduation picture! This meant a lot to her! Do not use this company. They do not care about the quality of photos they take nor the clients that use thier services! Btw, she caught a glimpse of the pic and said it was horrible. Thanks Leonard's for a wasted morning driving to Casselberry

I called in because I was not pleased with my son's photos. The representative was very kind & helpful. Sending me some paperwork to resolve my issues. Thank you for your understanding. I will add more to this review once the issue is taken care of.
