Lerner Parc at Gatlin Commons, Port St. Lucie FL

Our family has lived at the Parc since it opened. Krysten, Randy, Nick, and the whole team make it a place we call home! We could not ask for a better experience the property is so beautiful, so well kept, any maintenance issues are resolved immediately! From the gates to the security cameras to locked buildings our family is safe here!

Been living for +1 year.very quiet and clean property.staff is very friendly and helpful.maintenance comes the very same day or the following no matter what the issue.portal app is convenient to access all lease info and payments.

Move here if you like living with roaches. They don’t do pest control in every apartment, only by request so it doesn’t solve the problem. I’ve been living here 6 months and I’ve seen at least 2 roaches per week in my very clean apartment. I’ve killed 5 in the past 24 hours.

I love it here so far and I just moved! The location is great and so far it’s so quiet and peaceful, Ashley was the best leasing agent, she always answered all my questions and moved me in with ease!

I lived here for 2 years and must say Krysten, Ashley, and the entire management team are amazing! Great customer service and they genuinely care about their tenants. My apartment was beautiful and the maintenance throughout the complex was excellent. Thank you for such great service! Wish you well in the future.

I have been in the complex for almost 3 years and I do not regret having chosen Parc at Gatlin as my residence, it is highly recommended by us, a special place to live with your family.

Parc Review

We’ve been at the Parc since October 2021. Everyplace is expensive, so that’s moot.

Most places don’t seem to have elevators — which is a must when most of your household has mobility issues. Having access to a pool and gym is great. The clubhouse has also been a helpful amenity.

Whenever we have a question or problem or suggestion the staff from 2021 through the changes from Panther to Weller to Lerner — the office staff have always been courteous and helpful. If they don’t know they say so and if possible will find out. If the suggestion we have goes beyond what they can approve they send it up the chain and sometimes it comes fruition and other times not so much.

When regular maintenance work orders arise they are very accommodating to our schedule as we request one of us be present as our furbaby is a potential flight risk around strangers.

Also whenever we’ve had questions about the water or rent bills, they are very helpful.

We read some of the other comments— the following details our experiences on some of the issues…

THE TRASH:
The only time trash is left “for days” are when inconsiderate tenants refuse to comply with the Trash Services’ hours/days of operation. When you look at the flyer housed in every building’s first floor bulletin board you discover that NO TRASH is picked up on Fridays and Saturdays. If you haven’t received it yet, or lost it, you can find this year’s holiday schedule of additional NO TRASH pick up dates on the portal. Then… whether empty or not, it’s the tenant’s responsibility to bring in the trash can before 9am. If your trash was missed, you should inform management so they can address it with the service. Then either take it out to the compactor or put it back out on the next pick up day—but you’re still only allowed the 2 bags.

STINKY HALLS
Carpet holds scents. If you notice a mess, report it so maintenance can get it cleaned and/or the cleaning service can too. They regularly clean the carpets — if your floor needs a refresher, report it. Remember: Communication. Is. Key.

PAPER THIN WALLS/CEILINGS/FLOORS
This is an apartment. Hearing neighbors is normal part of the life. Rarely have we heard neighbors through walls. On occasion a tenant may have the TV a little loud. Or we might hear a thump. Kids run. So we often hear the upstairs’ little “Clydesdales” clopping er running down the halls lol. We can’t speak on sounds from the floor as we are first floor. When you are in the hallway you can more easily hear the going ons in the nearby apartments if they are a little louder — but once inside our apartment it goes away.

BARGING IN
We have never experienced a maintenance work order resulting in them just walking in. They typically knock, wait a minute, then knock again. You can always yell “just a minute” as you’re coming to answer the door. Management leaves a 24 hour notice on your door for any regular maintenance item, they give a timeframe as best as possible so you can prepare.

Just moved out of this place. Worst place I have ever lived in. Paper thin walls. Paper thin floors. I can hear the people upstairs stomping around all day and night. Couldn’t get good quality sleep because of paper thin floors and walls. Trust me. Paper thin. It got to the point where I was taking a golf club to the roof to get them to stop. Screaming in the hallways. Kids Ding dong ditching my door? Trash almost always never picked up or never picked up on time. You pay monthly for trash and they dont take it. Maintenance workers barge through your door if you dont answer to the first knock because they think “no one is home”. I got woken up by one before and almost got into an altercation. Broken appliances and broken backdoor when I first moved in. Hallways smelled horrible. Place is very ghetto. They also upped the Amenities fee when they aren’t even doing good with the prices we were paying then. Moved out once they upped my rent almost $400 which is ridiculous. Very rude management.

To anyone looking to find an apartment. I would look everywhere else before deciding to live here. I had a horrible experience.

P. S - There are way better options.

2023 Review: I have been living here for about a year and a half. My experience has been the best. The office and maintenance staff are super nice and very attentive. Work orders are addressed in a timely manner. Krysten and Ashley answer all my questions and they are very accomodating. Amenities are awesome! Neighbors are friendly and since the property is so small it really feels like home. No regrets choosing Parc as our home.
2022 Review: This place is beautiful and secure! We toured with Krysten T.and she answered all of our questions which was very helpful. She showed us all of the awesome amenities. Can't wait to call this place home.:)

This place tends to discriminate against disabled veterans. I have a family member that’s been living there and it seems like they prefer to have tenants that don’t have any issues. Seems like they jacked the price up on the veterans or specific people. Very loud and noisy, the floors and ceilings are paper thin so you hear every single thing that’s going on. Management is rude and ruthless and could care less about any complaints. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The past 7 months living at the Parc at Gatlin have been outstanding. Our overall experience has been terrific from the start. I usually do not write reviews, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this complex.

My sister lives here. Nice place and they have a gate but price is a bit high. Everything is high everywhere though so what can you do, right?
