Leslie's, Tallahassee FL

Ok, so I don't write reviews, ever! But the service at the place is excellent. Every employee I speak with is friendly and helpful. There is a woman there by the name of Holly, This girl ROCKS! She's is just so nice and patient. The stores isn't always busy but even when it is, they make sure I know I need help. They don't push products or pressure me to make any specific purchase, and the recommendations they make have been great for my pool. If you live in the north end of Tallahassee, GO THERE!

Great customer service. Jen goes out of her way to make sure we understand the products we're buying and how to use them. She reminds me to check the app for any coupons and is very personable. Great asset to the company.

The Leslie's staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Jen and Holly cheerfully test my water samples, give advice on what chemicals to add, point out the best savings, and will answer any questions that arise in between water sample testing over the phone. They can take apart and diagnose any problems with your pool robot or salt system for free if you bring the item into the store. There is also a program of 'algae free guarantee'. If you follow their advice, tests are good, and you get algae anyway, the chemicals to treat the algae will be free. There is a frequent shopper program, where you gain points with each purchase, and gain rewards in $5 increments to use on future purchases. If they do not have what you need on hand, they can special order (like the bubble blanket for the winter). I could not ask for anything more from the Leslie's staff. I am so glad they opened their second store closer to my house!

I recently fired a pool company due to several issues and decided to do it myself. I went to Leslie’s and met Jen and Holly who have been a god send.they have been so patient with me bringing numerous water tests from my pool since I’m a newbie to this and telling me what I needed to purchase and how to get my pool right. And it’s finally clear again! I highly recommend coming to Leslie’s.they will get your pool issues resolved! Big thanks to Jen and Holly!

Poor customer service. Tried ordering locally (placed order with Tallahassee store via phone), but was sent to website and advised they can't help locally for returns. Not worth the trouble. Shop elsewhere!

The one star is for the local store personnel. The return policy on high end pool cleaners is just short of criminal. I had a Polaris 9450 Sport for several years. It had design defects and needed frequent repair, but was otherwise a great cleaner. The store recommended I switch to the P825. It had far less repair issues. So, I made the purchase. After one attempt at cleaning it was apparent the P825 was vastly inferior. Vastly. In fact, mine may have some problems. When asked whether I could return and buy a more expensive model I was told flatly, "No. " I was stunned. It's not a good product for my 18x36 inground. It got to the shallow end in the final minutes of its absurdly short 90 minute cleaning cycle. I have to send it to Polaris (my expense) and wait for them to test it, determine if it is defective and THEN only if I have the name and extension of the person who declared in defective and they verify will Leslie's consider an exchange. Are you kidding? What the worst happens and it's not defective - it just stinks? Leslie's has told me I am stuck. And gone is my $900. Never, repeat, never will I buy anything from Leslie's.

The staff at this location are AWESOME! Always a great experience. Outstanding customer service!
