4Great place to get pool supplies. The guys that work at this location are helpful. They test your water & are very knowledgeable.
I first spoke with Sarah at the University Ave location and she was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to find me the type of pump I was looking for, which was located at the Chickasaw store. She put it on hold for me and told me I could pick it up anytime before 7p.
The next day I called to get the model # to make sure it was compatible. Ryan answered and seemed like I was bothering him by calling. He put me on hold mid-conversation and he didn't come back for a while (over 5 minutes). I heard him talking in the background and eventually hung up. I called right back and no one answered. I called back about 30 minutes later and he gave me the model number, but he seemed frustrated and not very helpful. I told him I'd be there to pick it up the next day.
I called back the next day to get the price because I couldn't go (my boyfriend was picking up the pump instead and I wanted to get the price to give him the money). A different person answered told me he "couldn't help me. " He said "your pump is probably in the back and you'll just have to come and get it. I can't go back there and find it now. " Frustrating, but ok. My boyfriend went to pick it up today after work and they told him no one was there to give a price until Friday when the GM returns. This is the day I've paid to have it installed and I work from home so I have no way to go and get it before my appointment. Not a good experience at all.
