The manager at the Tampa location just South of Waters Ave on Dale Mabry is a good guy. Worked with me getting some discounts and understands that pool chemicals have skyrocketed.
I bought a salt cell in July 2019 and it needed to be replaced on June 28,2022 while it was still under warranty. The technician said it would take a couple months to get a replacement because it was no longer being manufactured and the other brand was on backorder. Never got a replacement or a callback. Called the service department and the store several times and they always promise to look into and call back but nobody ever calls back. I called the service department again after the holidays and they sent a technician out on Feb 6th again who said he would order a replacement. I checked back a month later and service department again promises to look into and call back and no one ever calls back. The problem is that it has to be ordered by dispatch and they have to message dispatch to check on status and they won't let you talk to dispatch directly. Still waiting.
