First time in this store.
Will Not be my last, very impressive service.
Found my new pool supply store

I was waiting to pick up someone so I had a moment to stop in and check out the goods. The inventory was decent with a few things I'd never seem before. Prices were reasonable and when they were a little higher than the great Wal of economic sheep herding the product was of higher quality. The attendant was friendly and didn't mind all my questions even when I rushed out empty handed to pick up my patient. Great place. It's summer. I'll definitely be back to spend money.

I've been going here for 12 years, and I've always had five star service from every associate working the store. Won't go anywhere else!

All there seems to give me great service and values my business. I like a distance to get there and I pass 3 other pool companies.

I recently had a inground pool installed and have come to Leslie's to get my water tested. I've been here twice now, and both employees that worked with me are experienced and well informed.

Tammy is the manager and she is fantastic! My pump stopped working the day before a holiday. I drove over and she helped me get a new pool pump and moved me to the top of the list for an install, on the holiday! Ricardo was the technician and he was totally awesome! They are worth the drive for me and will have all my pool business as long as I own the house.totally exceeded my expectations!

Tammy is always plesent, professional and very helpful. Look for her when I have to replace my pool supplies. Been coming into the Winter Haven store for 4 years now.

Very expensive, $90 cartridge filter that sells for $140 for a four pack online. Questionable product line otherwise but seems to stock a reasonable inventory of parts and pumps.

Very helpful. Dealt with a gent called Bob. Even though they did not have part in stock. Made some useful suggestions and asked me to pop back in if I needed further help.

Won't return overly prices chemicals! I paid over $100 dollars for chemicals here then went to Pinch A Penny and was told I only needed $20 worth of the same chemicals! Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off!

Everyone that works here is always super nice. Really does make a difference, even if it's just for something as simple as chlorine for your pool.
