At approximately 5: 20pm Thursday, 9/7/2023 I was at the Brandon store on 60, entered the store and no one was in sight. I looked around for several minutes and still no one appeared. So, I opened and closed the front door several times to activate the signal/tone set off by the door. Still no one appeared, after a five minutes or so I left. I'm not impressed and I won't be back.

On many occasions they do not have chlorine but everything else is perfect

This store is one of the few places that reliably recommends the right chemicals for customers poolside needs! As a pool professional, this store does a good job with ordering the products I need!
