Very friendly and helpful staff, I was looking for a specific float for a child and the employee we my above and beyond helping me decide but also not being pushy about buying, she was very kind and ultimately decided they didn't have what I needed but after the great customer service I will definitely be back.

Colleen was super knowledgeable and her friendliness was just as great. She didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Just an honest person all around.

I have tolerated this business since our new pool install in December until today. Each time we have been in the store and Colleen is working she has some caustic comment to make. Today, we stopped by in the morning and looked at a umbrella with a stand, its in the front of the store as you walk in. We asked about it and the sale that it was a part of, she was very sarcastic on the sale of this item and we brushed it off telling them we would be back on the way home to pick one up. The young man behind the counter said he would work on pulling one from the back for when we returned. Its now 1: 10 pm, we return and the young man said he did not have another one in storage and the display was the last. Without a word from us Colleen pipes up with a sarcastic tone regarding how many of them she sells off the display floor. I did not ask or need her comment we were their simply to patron her store. Her comment made us feel she thought we were stupid and should just buy the display without any due regard to our needs or how we felt about purchasing a display item. Not even Wal-Mart does low life tactics to that level, they reduce the price, they are happy you purchased it and help you load it in your car. In a very courteous manner I declined the purchase and we left! I was angry but held my tongue, I am sure she doesn't even have a clue, more so she doesn't care either. Had she not opened her mouth we would have been fine with the purchase, we did not even question it. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE BUT HER COMMENT SENT US THOUGH THE ROOF! Colleen, you need a lesson in manners! I am born and raised here, have 5 businesses of my own and I would never be caustic to a customer! I don't know where Colleen learned her manners from but I guarantee not only will I not patron her store again but I will make it my mission to get every friend of mine and their friends to stay away from that store! Get ready Colleen at Leslie's pool supply in Rockledge, I'm just getting started with this rant!

Sam and Stephan helped us out immensely! Sam fixed our pool vacuum that had been broken forever, and both of them answered countless questions for us about all things in the pool ownership realm We'll definitely be taking our business there in the future

Always great advice and great deals at Leslie's. I bought a Pentair variable speed pool pump there and at first I thought it was expensive. I have changed my mind and now realize that I should have bought it sooner. My electric bill is about half of what it used to be. Thanks Coleen

This place was recommended by my pool cleaner and I can see why. Felt like I got honest help on pool cleaning equipment, I had lots of questions and she answered every one. I will be back here whenever I need pool stuff.

We recently found this store and every time we go in we are amazed with the outstanding customer service. They even recommended to change the chlorine to powder and save loads of money and our back. Love this store!

We just bought our new home with a pool. My husband went to our neighborhood Leslies for supplies. The one employee woman was smoving out front when he had arrived. When she came inside, she chatted on the phone while she asked him if he needed anything and as he browsed. He then heard her say on the phone, " Let me call you back I have to see what THIS guy wants. " Yah, he'll never go back there. Maybe a class in customer service might be in order.

It's right by my house. They test water free and give great advice on keeping my pool blue and beautiful.
