L'Estancia Garden Apartments, Sarasota FL

My mother has been living here for many years. We love coming to visit, it is a very beautiful community. She is always bragging about how well maintained it is. She is not tech savy & asked me submit the review. She loves living at L'Estancia so thank you to all the office & maintenance staff members who take care of her.

Beautiful grounds, nice facilities, great location with access to the beaches, down town Sarasota and easy access to I-75

I like the gym and pool. Really pretty place to live. Its nice this being my first apartment that they have maintenance to help if I have any issues in my apartment. Everyone is nice and friendly. I think they should have a garden for the residents, this place is huge they definitely have room for it.

The apartment is relatively clean but there are some issues with the bathroom and the kitchen. Overall it's a decent stay for the 7-month lease that we had. Maintenance is responsive most of the time. The community area is well maintained and is open for walking.

Nice areas, everything works perfect. Maintenance is good, beautiful green areas, is perfect for kids. Big parking lot, gym, the pool is really good!

I definitely recommend L’Estancia as a nice place to live.

Daniel and the management team have been extremely attentive and helpful with all of my needs.

It is also a great location. It is about 5-10 minutes drive to Siesta Key!

Dan and Kaitlyn made the move in process easy & stress free. I love my apartment & all of the amenities. Dan always makes me feel welcome in the office. Maintenance takes care of any issues. Really love it here.

The grounds here are beautiful. I love all of the amenities that they offer. Everyone is friendly in the office & maintenance is quick to respond. You cant find another community in Sarasota that has as much space and beauty. Its a very pretty place to live.

I've only lived here for two weeks as of now, but so far it's been very enjoyable. The apartment is spacious enough for our needs, and the grounds are beautiful. I particularly like that the community has a gym and a pool available. The staff are competent and friendly people who work hard to solve any problems, but who don't interfere with the residents' lives. Communication with residents is clear and direct (notices are posted on your door, and emails are sent about opportunities to earn rewards through the community program). The interior of the buildings is a little outdated (the outlets slots are designed for the one-large/one-small prongs of older electrical appliances, whereas most of mine are the newer, same-size prongs), but altogether it's an easy-going, lovely place to live.

Love living here so far. The outside grounds are always clean, office staff are nice. Swimming in the clean pool makes me happy. Feels like home here.

Beautiful property with an even better office staff. I have lived here for a little bit over a year and the office staff is accommodating and the maintenance team is very attentive.

We have lived at L'Estancia for a couple years now. I absolutely love the staff! They are so welcoming when I go through the club house to go to the gym. The grounds here are breath taking.you cant find a more beautiful community in central Sarasota. They have so many awesome amenities like, pet parks, play ground, pool, basket ball ect. I love earning giftcards through their community rewards! Its the little things they do for the residents that makes us stay. They make it easy for us with their maintenance too. Just over all very happy!

I’m very happy with L’Estancia apt. Complex! The office people Dan and kaitlyn are extremely friendly and helpful. They made our moving experience smooth. I recommend L’Estancia!

I love it here at lestancia. The trees and wild life is so peaceful. I like to walk around and meditate by the lake. My neighbor feeds the birds and squirrels by the lake. This place is very calming and serene. Everyone is nice & my apartment is cozy. Thank you.

My friend recently moved in a few months ago. I really like her apartment and the whole place is really nice. I went in and took a tour with Katelyn. She is very professional and answered all of my questions. I will be applying once I can secure a roommate. If you have any doubts I would go take a look for yourself. This is a really nice place to live with great rent prices.

So, before we applied for an apartment that was available, we talked on the phone with one of the guys who receive the applications (Dan I think is his name). We told him our situation, moving from outside the state because of a family emergency and we don’t have yet jobs lined up yet BUT we have enough money to pay in advance for many months to have enough time to find jobs. He encouraged us to apply not saying anything and after we payed ~260$ and all the background and credit was checked and all was ok he ask us “from curiosity “ if we have jobs lined up.hmmm “we told you already “ after I repeat what I said in the beginning.all that curiosity now become a condition and he tells me that his property manager wants to see job letters. I tell him again that since we are not there and we don’t have an address to be able to apply for jobs we can’t show any proof of jobs prepared.a thing that I told him before we applied. After that he tells me that he wants to see in my bank account at least 40K $. We give up and we found a different place here in Sarasota and we already move here. L’Estancia was a bad experience for us and for sure we will not recommend and we will never look in the future for an apartment there.

I am a long time resident and hope to live here for many years. Loretta, Kaitlin, and Dan are the best management team we have ever had. Their work has been exceptional and they have improved the environment here tremendously. I am so grateful for all they do.

We just moved in and are so happy! I love my apartment! I can tell its new carpet, counters and appliances. Kaitlyn made the move in very easy and was so patient with my million questions! Our dog loves the dog park! I love the 24 hour gym! I will be recommending my friend to move in here:)

I saw it before and I will say it again, This place is a hidden gem. It is nice to come home and see the beautiful trees and flowers after a long day of work. The lake with the fountain is memorizing. I like to sit at the park and just look around at the beautiful nature. The apartment is nice too. They are not new apartments but they are very home-y. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful when I need anything. L'Stancia is a very great family friendly community. I hope I can win the next TV they raffle off.

I'm living only 4 days here in the condominium, but I'm loving it.very calm and quiet. I can't say much about the short time I've been here.but if God wants, I will only have good things to talk about the condominium
