Bought my first bike and Diego even gave me my first lesson. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was a kid and now with my own kids I wanted something easy to join them with but also with space for lug things around. Great price and customer service

I’m a special needs momma and just finally got my teenage son a large tricycle. Of course we got it and the chain wasn’t long enough. I found this store after going to the usual Walmart and target with no luck. They were amazingly helpful. Taught me how to add chain… THANK YOU. Anything bike related - I’m going here
If I could I would give this place 10 stars! Every time I come here, I know that my bike is in good hands and everyone here is extremely knowledgeable. I trust this bike shop and I’m glad I have a place like this near by.
Just came from here earlier today dude made sure my right brake on my bike got fixed and he even tightened up the break stand on it as well (without me even having to ask him). Great customer service he went aboard beyond 4 me

These guys took care of my tune up, and found problems I would have never known. Very inexpensive! And done quick. I highly recommend this business.
Brought my e-bike here for a new tire. Hugo was incredibly helpful and even gave me his personal number so I could send pics of the tire size and replacement to make sure it was correct. Chad kept me informed of the progress, and the cost was much less than I expected. Will definitely bring my bike back here for any future issues
Left a great review before but that was before I knew that these people are scammers. They told me the day I bought this bike that it could handle the type of riding I was going to be doing just for them to tell me later that it can’t. If I were you guys (the reader), just go to any City Bikes location and avoid the headaches and difficulty that will come later. I apologize if my previous post sent anyone to this shop.

I brought my bike in yesterday, Sunday, for a new rear gear cable. They said they would try to get it done before the end of the day. I called them up this morning and they said they left me a voice message, which I never got, but that I needed a new shifter since the current one would only go into two clicks and they couldn't get it until December. I told them to just install the cable and asked when it would be done. The mechanic angrily said when he gets around to it. I asked him again if he could give me an estimate and he said late afternoon. After registering my surprise about its taking so long, he said that if I don't like it I can pick up my bike and go elsewhere, which is what I did. I had the cable replaced elsewhere in 15 minutes and the shifter is working perfectly. They obviously just lost a customer
These guys have worked on my bike and my sons bike, they really know their profession and you can tell they love what they do. Great customer service.
The Store is great! I purchased My Felt Striation bike from the store and it was the best recommendation. I taken many bike and purchased many products they always recommend what you need, the service is amazing always take care of all my bikes. I recommend this store 100%
This shop throughly looked at my bike and provided fast service. I had a tuneup at another bike shop while traveling. My tube popped after one ride so we took it here. My tube popped again, so we brought my bike back here. They fixed me up again and tried another solution free of charge.
