AMAZING Grant

I am a real estate attorney in the Tampa Bay Area and have had the pleasure of working with engineer Grant Escobar on several occasions. Mr. Escobar is extremely professional and diligent. Whether he is performing a forensic inspection for purposes of litigation or assisting with permitting issues, Mr. Escobar’s work has always been of the utmost quality, thorough, and efficient.

I can finally breath a bit easier. After much frustration dealing with foundation issues and the company that did the repair (20K). I was advised to hire an independent structural engineer. Great advice.
Grant Escobar patiently reviewed and understood my issues. He gave me excellent advice. The foundation company also sent their engineer. I am now waiting for a response/resolution from them. However, I will not move forward with anything until Grant Escobar has reviewed and advised the response. I advise anyone who suspects foundation issues, hire independent structural engineer first. It will be well worth the expense.
