Wife and I went to Omari's the other day to give it a shot after years of ridiculous limited hours. 1 server, 1 other table. Another person comes in and she asks them to sit in the back? The Food was barely average. Hard to mess up a burger. Will not go back.
And the GOLF Course is Closed, looks like a TOTAL MESS.
I hope this is NOT one of those Golf Neighborhoods that the GC goes BELLY Up and like a jungle behind the house.

We have lived in LEXOAKS since it was built and the community has gone down hill. Sad day. And we are hearing from all of our neighbors that there are RUDE people driving around the golf course telling them they cannot even be in there own backyards.

Ridiculous!

This course is really in a bad shape, putting greens are totally mishandled, bathrooms are never cleaned nor there's any paper towels in there. It's not worth playing there.
They have closed the course for 6 weeks and they are fixing it up to be in a great shape. It will be nice place to golf and community

Course is unplayable. Greens are in absolutely awful shape.

Course is mis-managed with incompetent staff (in the pro shop).

I recommend this course for many reasons. It is well located on State Road 54 near the intersections of SR 54 and I-75. Parking is next to the golf carts, putting green and Restaurant. Service is excellent in all areas of the club. The Driving range features are water balls and a beautiful lake with water birds and alligators.
I live off fairway six and play two and three times a week. I see the constant maintenance and upgrading keeps the course beautiful.
We are in Florida’s Nature Coast area and wildlife is abundant on and around the course. Eleven fairways feature ponds and all but a few feature wooded conservation areas. Water birds, Deer, rabbits and alligators are abundant.
I’m Florida golf is played year round. The course changes with the seasons, dry and wet periods. The course drains well and is closed only a few days during the wettest days of Summer.
The greens are usually in great shape, but infrequently require extra attention.

Lexington Oaks is like a Cow pasture.
All the greens have a disease and in bad shape.
Never go back again!
The fairways are terrible too. Not a good choice.

Very nice and fast-paced course, but very enjoyable and very nice greens. Just be careful with the homes that are close to the greens and the course

Terrible customer service, a worker stopped us at the door then when we went in we were looking at the menu and after 3 minutes the same worker walked back in and told us we need to leave when we barely got enough time to even see the menu absolutely ridiculous.

Greens are terrible.
Extremely poor conditions.
Tee times are too close together. Most of the day is waiting.
Do not recommend.
Nice course layout, but conditions are unplayable.

Public Service Announcement!

Stay away from Lexington Oaks. Place is a mess. Tee boxes so hard and beaten that you cannot even put a tee in the ground. Bring a hammer. Fairways either concrete or like hitting out of a bunker. Greens- what greens? Some just dirt patches others look like they have alopecia with furry grass and bald spots. No way in hell to learn pace. They charged 50 bucks for that cow pasture. But I am not mad. The 50 bucks was well worth the comedy show they call a golf course. We could not help but laugh at the conditions.

A very disappointing experience. It was one of the best courses in the area but has been ignored and allowed to lapse into very poor playing conditions. None of the bunkers were raked. Greens were in terrible shape. And not even a discount to compensate for the poor conditions.
The pro shop said they have a new superintendent. They should look for another one. I would post a picture of the greens but it doesn’t seem possible.
Beware before you spend your money here.

Lexington Oaks is one of the best golf values in Pasco County. The golf course is in good condition with reasonable green fees. Greens could be improved some. Hopefully, the practice chipping green will open soon. Omari's restaurant is an excellent post round bar and grill hangout. Overall.it's a golfin, boozin, and dining good time.

The course needs a little maintenance work on the greens and fairways. The bunkers and the sand traps need maintenance. For the price I expected better course conditions.

Books too many tee times to close together. Had to leave because I didn't have time to play a 5 1/2 hr round.
Course was in decent shape.

This is a great golf course for the price.

The holes were pretty scenic and quiet, but going from hole to hole could get quite bumpy and loud

FYI - I did not eat here. But just know that if you plan to go to the driving range, call first. 3 out of the last 4 times that we showed up to hit, there were no balls available. This review may save you a trip and some time out of your day.

Susana and staff are very friendly and nice, service is good, the food tastes great, and the portions are plenty.
