HORRIBLE company. Back in November I was a victim of a hit and run while my car was parked in my parking lot. I reported the accident once I saw it on my way to work. The paper work I filled out clearly says that I wasn’t in the car when it happened and I would be NOT AT FAULT. 6 months later this company tells me I AM AT FAULT. My account is now overdrafted from the increase in my policy. I can’t get a new policy until I fix this accident where I was the victim of a hit and run and still they haven’t picked up the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can’t even file paperwork correctly.
