Lexus of Melbourne

Update: 12V Battery died at 8 years on my 2014 ES300H. No idiot light, warning, or code, just died. Thankfully in my garage. In Florida average 3 to 5 years MTBF. New Lexus battery has 86 month warranty, 2 year full replacement. Was about $100 more than Diehard AGM equivalent with far less Warantee.
Checked around Google and traditional battery vendors and defaulted to Lexus. I assumed premium cost and delays. Melvin, Jamie and team surpassed my expectations for cost, speed, honesty, and professional service. Very pleased. Thank you. 11/15/22

Previous post: Just wanted to say how wonderfully treated my wife and I were by the staff and especially sales rep Bob Mcgivney. In traveling to Infinity, Lincoln, and Acura for a new car, we can say Bob and his staff were the kindest and most understanding people we met by far. He called from home on his day off to help us put a deposit on a car. Other reps were very helpful people as well. This dealer continues to stand out for service on my old lexus and now sales for a new one and we highly recommend them.

Very nice people. Welcoming and professional. Every experience over five years has been rewarding for the time I spent. That only comes from strong leadership and loyal employees. Bravo. Lohne and Reitz were always helpful in Service.

We didn't purchase our vehicle from them, but they bent over backwards to help us with a warranty claim. I'll definitely go to them the next time we purchase. Very impressed.

Very happy with the product and services I received. Initial contact with Shaun over the internet was informative and he was nicer in person. Keith helped finalize the deal and was polite throughout the process. John made financing very straight forward and there were no games involved. Would recommend if in the market for a Lexus/Toyota.

Best dealership experience of my life. Went to look at a used GX 460 and had the pleasure of watching a 2023 roll off. It was surreal; like the factory read my mind and built it to my specific desire; colors, options, trim, all weather mats, down to the factory installed surfracks I didn’t even know existed. I had to add NOTHING, it’s perfect for me. And with the used market still weird, it was a no-brainer to go new. Rob LaMarr & team made the process so pleasant, I kick myself for not trying Lexus earlier in my life. I was too proud of a Toyota Enthusiast. Same family-more love. Thank you Lexus & LofMel!

Service was fine, but waited 20 minutes from the time I got the text saying my car was finished until someone actually checked me out and that was after I went looking for someone to assist me. This has not been a problem in the past so maybe it was just a glitch, but it was annoying.

Dustin is a great Service Advisor, he is personal and professional! My car was ready as expected, the staff was very efficient!

I purchased a hybrid Lexus in December. The vehicle has been sitting in my garage since May when I left town for an extended period of time. Battery was dead! Rob LeMarr, who has sold me multiple cars over the years, personally went to my home and brought my car into the Lexus dealership to boost the battery, inflate the tires and check out my car. This was an "above and beyond" service that not many dealerships would do.
