Terrible, awful, horrible service! Hard to get estimate time and day when the vehicle will be available! Hard to get someone with simple English! Spend my time on the phone more than they fixed. Katherine Lopez is never available she is on meeting’s, lunches, whatever and whenever but not on her working duties……ughhhh never ever again! Never again with Lexus going back to great service and cars BMW!

Far from what you’d expect. Mirror camera was backwards, panels were stuck on with doble sided tape because they broke the tabs. The rear hatch button trim was destroyed by the guy taking it out. Car has noises coming from the area they worked in. I would take it in, but I can’t be without a car for another few months.

Excellent customer service! Roy is an excellent person full of knowledge, experience, professionalism, and leadership. They were proactive, and my vehicle was excellent when I got it back. I will recommend them to anyone in need of service.

I was recently in car accident which damaged the front end of my Lexus NX200. I was debating between using Lexus or another body shop. I decided to go with Lexus of North Miami and I’m so happy I did. The Lexus Collision team exceeded my expectations. Damaris assisted me with scheduling my appt and connected me with the car rental service. I was picked up and was able to leave the rental at Lexus once the repairs were done. This was a one stop shop. Deena and Lexus keep me up to date on my repairs. Deena also gave me her personal cell phone to reach her with question I may have. I did have a concerned regarding my headlights not matching due to one being a little faded. The collision department buffed the light to match the new one. And to top off my car was ready ahead of the scheduled date. I would highly recommend Lexus of North Miami collision team. You will not regret it.
