32Unbelievable lousy experience, walked in looking for a price on a Lexus RX lease, probably would have leased one today. Salesman initially wanted me to look at one first, no thanks, have owned them for 11 years, give me a price first.iI took AN HOUR for someone to give me a lease price on a RX, then his price is twenty percent more than what Wesley Chapel Lexus is asking, save your time.

I just got my car from here and cannot recommend enough. Ben Scharf helped me narrow down what I really wanted in the car. He showed me all of my options and was honest about the pros and cons of each car. I did not feel pressured at all and he accommodated my work schedule.

FIVE STARS for New & Pre-Owned Sales Consultant Steve Blank. This recent story is much longer but in brief, Steve Blank saved our long term trust with Lexus. He listened, offered to assist where others would not, provided many options, followed up on every promise, he never hesitated to communicate outside of business hours, he was patient, and Steve knows how to handle the internal workings of Lexus. Steve is not a self centered consultant - he is customer focused. We would have left Lexus after three previous vehicles from them if it were not for Steve Blank. Call him, whether you do business together or not, you will not be disappointed!

The staff at Lexus of Tampa go up and beyond customer service. They do EVERYTHING they can to help the customer. I had extraordinary problem when I came to them and they did everything they could for me. I just bought a used 2013 Nissan Altima and it is a very good quality car. I am Very pleased.
What a great car shopping experience. We bought an older, used Lexus and were still treated like royalty as if we were buying a brand new car. If you are looking for a car ask for Newton Lizima. He made the car buying experience very enjoyable, which we didn't think was possible.

The whole buying process was just very easy and low key. Professional throughout I could not have been happier with the process. The price was posted not haggling no hidden add ons. My only issue is the dealer fee, i just wish that was put into the price and not a separate fee. I would recommend Lexus of Tampa Bay to family and friends.
