"Amazing car buying experience! " Eulalio, Kyle and the entire LG Auto Group Staff were very professional, friendly, and great to work with! Our search was not easy as we shopped around to 7 different dealers, but LG Auto Group, by far - had the most phenomenal service! With that, we live in the Tampa Bay, FL area and traveled more than 2 hours to Orlando, FL with traffic, for the new vehicle. As a result, we would have had to travel back to Orlando on a different day to pick-up the vehicle but one of the dealership managers or owner volunteered to drive our vehicle 30 minutes from our home to help us from having to travel back at no cost. WoW, who does that! The level of commitment, response to inquires, and many other customer requests can't be overstated as Eulalio went above and beyond to make our auto buying experience exceptional! We never felt pressured or rushed, which was quite different as many dealerships pressure you. Eulalio definitely deserves a "Five Star" review rating for representing his company with the highest level of professionalism! He was always on time and finished each task that was promised. Eulalio followed up promptly, took/sent pictures at our request, and coordinated a delivery pick-up for us. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing an excellent auto buying company. From start to finish, everything was beyond expectation. The Best!

Garbage run from this place they sell lemons all day everyday they are scammer they have change company a couple of times do your research before you end up like me.i had my car for a 1 yr had so many problems with 2018 transit connect 70,000 miles for 22,000 end up paying 35,000 they lied about a lot of thing i made a down payment which was kept never went towards car my application fee was 1,500 plus other fees that was kept never applied to car loan check your roof, under car mats, under hood they don't check anything my spark plugs, motor mounts, and water was leaking inside my door every other month i was going to ford dealership.get a car report my car had already been in a accident its not there job to tell you you have 3 days to take car back they wouldn't give me my copy told me come back in a couple of days i though that was odd

Buyer Beware! If you are thinking of buying a car, i would recommend you take your business elsewhere. My son bought a $20k car and the engine blew the next day (less than 150 miles). Our mechanic says it was due to a hose not being connected so the car was not checked out. LG refused to help him out with anything because it was an as is purchase and he did not sign up for a warranty. Shame on him for not getting the warranty, but an expensive car should last more than a test drive. We called multiple times and had our attorney write letters and call.we were completely ghosted. LG never made any attempt to help him out with anything, not even with trying to help him with repairs. Now he spent an additional $10k on a car that should have been in working condition.

So, using a national service to find a vehicle (truecar) I found the perfect vehicle I needed. Started the purchase process (did not need financing for the dealership, got that from my bank). This dealership started the process but do not know how it worked. After the first day said they had all the information and was involving their finance department, which should have been my first clue since I was going to give them the entirety of the funds up front. Long story short, they strung me along until someone came in and purchased the car for cash locally instead of honoring their commitment to the Milne service they contracted with. And to be clear I had no issue with paying for the vehicle, the dealer fees or the shipping. I planned and secured the funding via my bank for that process. In the end this auto dealership did not want to deal with this process and purposely strung me along until some sucker came in and gave them more than they deserved for a vehicle. In the end do not trust this dealership to play fair with you. They will not as they so recently demonstrated
