I highly recommend LG Kramer For your next flooring project. Make sure to ask for Karissa as your project guide. She must have shown me 50 different LVP styles and colors, both at the design studio and in my home. So knowledgeable and patient. Rafael and his crew worked tirelessly making sure every step of the install process was perfect. Arthur and Matt were my carpet installers. They didn’t complain about working around my extremely heavy furniture. The result of the quality LVP, and a luxurious carpet and padding feels like a brand new home!

I called LG Kramer floor to have a loose wall to wall carpet tightened in a large room. I really have to say that the level of attention and follow- through that LG Kramer showed in discussing, estimating, and scheduling the work was really rare in my experience. Make sure to ask for Frank, he was so focused on getting this job done for me. We were very happy with the work performed.no more big bumps in the middle of the room!

Ordered baseboard off their website turns out not stock item. They where very helpful to change to in stock for immediate pick-up. The cost was very reasonable for much better quality product. I got solid wood base ready to paint and install. When I went to pick up Jim was amazing and super helpful making the process super easy. Great product and great price.

I am in the construction business and had a great experience with LG Kramer Flooring. I saw the job from the initial scheduling through to the completion. Karrisa was very kind, professional, and was always available for any questions. She made the process flow perfectly. The foreman and all the workers were also very courteous and professional. Even the tile against the curved walls were done to perfection. I would recommend and gladly work with them again.

LG Kramer's showroom is a must see! Organized by genre, it's well-lit and the detail of each product is easy to find. The whole team is engaged and is vested in learning what products best fit your project. It's also feels great to work with a local, family run business. We started at the big box stores, where we found the lack of quality and experience you would expect. On a whim, we stopped in to LG Kramer, mostly to get ideas. We ended up so impressed with the products, people and price that it became cheaper to work with them, then the big box stores. They got us everything we needed to complete our fireplace DIY, they even answered questions after the sale, with no expectation of additional revenue. In a time where quality seems hard to find, I would put LG Kramer on the short list of places to go to find it.

I contacted Gianna through Facebook interested in purchasing some baseboards. She was immediately attentive. She provided different styles and pricing per style. I changed from the previous decision based on the options and was pleased with the great communication. I scheduled to pickup this morning at 8: 30 and showed up on time to find the baseboards ready to go!
