3Sales people are very personable. Houses seem to be very good quality but slightly higher than other builders. You do get what you pay for. Would like to live there.
LGI Homes has a wonderful community available in St. Augustine Florida. An incredible value for seasoned home buyers as well as first time home buyers. Very energy efficient and loaded with upgrades like LVP flooring, architectural shingles, low-e glass double paned vinyl windows, hardi-board siding, programmable irrigation system, 5” baseboards, tiled backsplash, tiled showers, quartz counters, Moen plumbing fixtures, Carrier HVAC. Awesome central location that’s minutes to the historic district, and the beaches.
