Poor workmanship (especially with the kitchen cabinets) is visible right away you enter into the Port Charlotte house x sale. Very simplistic and, I also visited the one on construction on Salford & Price and it is under the same quality standards. Small companies can't afford to hire a QC with expertise and knowledge to make sure customers will get the best of the best / if they want to stay competitive and revenue achievers. Usually, small companies are focused on production and leaving QC as secondary. Therefore, no buying a house from this company.

I went to LGI Homes twice while trying to find a builder that suited me. I met Kris Zemla the 2nd time and she is wondeful. She took me step by step through the process. Stayed in touch and sent pictures through Comstruction. I love my home. Thanks so.much to Kris who gave up time on her day off when signatures were needed

My fiancé and I recently bought a home from Kris at the North Port fl location. She was professional and helped made our home buying journey memorable and exceeded our expectations on what our new future could have to offer. This process was super easy and SO FAST. I recommended talking to Kris because she will fight for you and wants to see you in a home as soon as possible. The only downfall I could see from buying with LGI is no customization. Their homes are already built with upgrades included and the floor plans are finalized so no changing them. I would also like to recognize Tiffany! She helped us on the financial side and man did she fight for us! We had a hiccup at one point but she demanded we got answers on how to fix it and she never took no for an answer when it came down to silly mishaps that had nothing to do with the LGI side of things. Both Kris and Tiffany were always available to answer questions even on their days off! We are beyond pleased with our experience because of them and we are excited to live comfortably in our new home! Ask for Kris! You won’t be disappointed!

I Brought My NEW Home from LGI Last month. I felt like I brought my home from Family. Kris LGI Realestate broker. The Mortage person Jennifer. The Office Manager Plaula. All ROCK STARTS!
. MY HOME IS BEATIFUL AND HIGH QUALITY. IM SO HAPPY AND SO GRATEFUL TO GOD AND TO THE LGI TEAM WHO MAKES DREAMS COME TRUE. THEY STAYED BY MY SIDE AND MADE MY DREAM COME TRUE!

Fake monthly payments on their website. Then after first year, the monthly mortgage payment balloons higher from 1600/mo to $2900/month. What a sleezy way to advertise. They have to do dirty deceptive advertising because their homes are cheap low-quality junk.

They don’t take any pride in their business just selling you what you can afford if you can’t afford a better home is what I was told salesman.upset me because not everyone can afford a 500000 & up home.

Such a great experience with this company, especially the staff! We worked with Kris and Nick and they went above and beyond to make sure my family got the house we needed. Kris was outstanding in keeping in contact, being patient and helping us with whatever questions and worries we had. Thank you LGI!

Don’t expect to move in on the projected date that you were given. Even if you are patient and keep getting updated move in dates, the most recent date still won’t be the actual date they promised. It’s easier to just not give a move in date in my opinion. Saves the customer a lot of heartache. I have so much to reschedule now. It’s sad. Other than the unrealistic move in time, the actual quality appears to be good.

LGI had me in my house in under 30 days!
Everything moved so quick, from seeing house design I liked to purchasing. Nick was wonderful, worked with him from start to finish. He answered all my questions and even did my walk through remotely since I live in a different state. I had no damage from the hurricane either which is amazing.
