My experience with LGI was awesome. Without my main man, Jeff Parks, and the other people who helped me to close on my house, I wouldn't be able to do that without my VA loan. Thank you, Jeff Parks, who worked so hard to help me get the loan. Many blessings to you and the LGI crew!

Great quality homes and great team. Jeff helped me during the entire process. He was honest, helpful, and answered all questions.

They want you to fill out mortgage papers without even looking at a house. Why would I run my credit fill out paperwork to just SEE a house I may not like. I should go buy a car I've never seen and hope it runs? Really!

This review is for Jeff Parks. He was always responsive. He seems to care about others and it's not just a job to Jeff. I'm not sure where else to give a review, but here's to Jeff Parks. I wish you great prosperity no matter where the road leads you

If you could stay away from this builder please do yourself a favor. My wife and I are first time buyers we walked through to their office and was entertained by one of their agents named Gio last May. All seems fine at first, showed us around, the model we were looking for, what type of house etc. They had a promo back then I think it was a anniversary special or something. We got a nice house that we picked, lake side view, 3 bed 1 flex 2 bath and got $5k off came with the offer. We got approved and signed everything. We also referred a friend to get a place for themselves as it looked very nice. My wife and the friend that we referred both works as nurses, so they have multiple agencies they are working for. So, same agencies, same process, same steps, procedures as we are expecting. The process is really tedious and annoying. We submitted everything they were asking for but the underwritter seems not interested, wont follow up, not even pro active enough to help us get the house. If my wife wont email them on what's with the status, what happening, what's going on, they wont reply! We lost interest on how they handle our status and as their clients. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Here comes the fun part, Our friend that we referred was on a smooth sailing and got all the attention they needed mind you they were also first time buyers. Turns out, if you have more money in your bank account, has more money you initially paid with you DP, you will get all the updates you get! The discrimination on how much money you have will reflect with the process. We keep on asking Gio on what's with the status? He won't even bother replying to our text messages or calls when everything went sour. Finally he texted my wife saying "He doesn't want to be the bearer of the bad news" so who the hell we'll be expecting to get the updates then, if not with him? ! So, I made quite a research on how safe the place is, turns out when you go deep / heart of the city, that's where the ugly face of the place is and It's not very far from LGI. The place is sitting in between from a safe and unsafe place. The, stress, agony, expectations is something else and we learned a lot. We heard that someone made a bigger offer with the home that we wanted and that's why we didn't got the house. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Hey, money talks! They wasted 3 months of our time and effort that we wont be able to get it back. By the time we got denied from LGI the same month of August, we applied with another builder and BOOM! 2 months later we got a better place, a nice and bigger home, a BETTER BUILDER, best of all, lower interest rate with the same freakin amount they are asking from LGI. There are a lot more to say but I leave the rest with the other people commented and will comment on how bad this builder, agents, realtors and LGI as a whole is. Think again and hope you won't get the same nightmare we dealt with LGI.

I made an appointment to look at the homes and fill out an application around 5PM and I was left alone for around 45 minutes after my appointment time with no updates like, "Sorry about the wait I'm just finishing up some paperwork" or " I'll be right with you as soon as I can" these people obviously didn't value our time so I just got up and left, so disrespectful.

Amazing builders, one of top builders in the area. Jeff Parks and the whole staff is very professional and beyond reproach. Several models to choose from

This company is absolutely terrible. The realtors do not care. Once your property is purchased, they could really care less. After trying to delay our closing for a week, not before pushing us to sell our previous home asap, they finally got us in on our original close date. We walk into our “new” home and the ac doesn’t work, the front door is broken, there is water coming through the floor, AND THE WORST PART - they changed the design on the plot last minute compared to what ATT had and now ATT has to hire a contractor to rewire in order to give the home access to internet. So I, someone who works fully remote, have had to work off my hot spot in my home due to this. I was basically sold a home that wasn’t ready. It’s been weeks. We have sent a list of things and completed a form that indicates things that are messed up so that the warranty can fix it in 24 hours after reporting. It’s been a week, pretty much crickets. They come one day at a time to look at something separately but haven’t fixed my door since they’ve known. Anything that requires real action doesn’t happen.

We moved from another state and it was too late to get out of this.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Absolutely no regard for appointments. They basically overbook all their appointments and don't care if you are left waiting. We made a 3pm appt and ended up leaving at 5: 30pm with no one having shown us houses. It's a lousy strategy from a customer service perspective but they don't care as long as they sell their quota of houses for the day.

Everything seems seamless until you get in there and start having actual problems. Everyone just seems to pass off your concerns to the next person. House isn't set up to have internet which is frustrating when you work form home.

! BEWARE!

We spent several hundred dollars to fly down to Florida from Colorado after being told that LGI Homes doesn’t offer virtual tours of their homes (red flag 1).

After taking time away from work, spending $200 more on a dog sitter, and spending hundreds of dollars to fly there for our “appointment”, they proceeded to go through all the benefits of why LGI Homes are the best and why we should buy from them instead of showing us a house (red flag 2)

After being insistent that we wanted to actually tour a home, we were told that we cannot even TOUR a home and see it for ourselves until we fill out a mortgage application, run our credit, and prequalify (red flag 3)

Biggest red flag experience and waste of time, money, and major inconvenience. This joke of a process has convinced me to never buy an LGI Home. If they would have told me up front that I couldn’t even tour a home until I ran my credit and prequalified, I would have never wasted my time, money, and energy. AVOID.

Jeff was phenomenally resourceful and all our concerns were addressed in a timely manner and went extra mile to guide us through the entire process. This is my 2nd time buying a house and for sure the fastest and easiest way to buy a house, even though I was in another state Jeff made it seem like we were facing each other through every step of the way. The best part is it took me 3 weeks to move into a house thank to Jeff Parks. I hope to do business with you in the further again

LGI is a wonderful company and what make the experience at LGI excellent our sales rep. Jeff is a wonderful individual, he works well with us, he is always there to answer our questions and address any concerns. I would recommend this company and Jeff to everyone who is seeking to buy a house and have one of the best sales rep.

First thing even after appointment, no one was available for 30 mins.
Secondly, they just talk talk talk, if you say to show model/house, they will come up with all the excuses so that they don’t have to step out and do the real job. You guys continue sitting in the office, will take my business to Ryan who are very professional and can show the houses before someone buys it.

Didn't like that we couldn't look at the models. We left and went to Mattamay.and Valencia! Gorgeous Not shun us away! We know all about sales. Not into these! Jeffrey my hubby didn't care for him.
