I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance with a picture asking them to please find someone who can do the design. This was for my birthday nails. They said ok. I go to the place, and they give me someone that didn’t know how to do it. She said she will try. She ended up not succeeding, had to the nails all over again with the most simple design. By the time she was done she couldn’t do my feet and there was no one available to do my feet. Just overall terrible I used to be a regular there a year ago.and I see why I left. I won’t come back again.

The same day he told me. Yesterday I had two foot polishes and the rest didn't even last a week I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, look for professionals who know how to do their job.

My first visit to the store, bad service, specifically the one who did my nails, Yurka, if they are not going to do a job with love, they better not do it.

DISGUSTING PLACE! Tools looked rusty and dirty.went in for A-press full set for my daughter and the woman did an awful job on the almond shaped a-pres nails -very chuncky.looked like the woman hadn't had any training in doing apres! I asked them to remove them & not charge me but they refused! So I ended up paying $50 for a terrible service. I wasn't given an apology or the option to re-do them or the option to remove + not charge me -THAT'S NOT HOW TO TREAT AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL! Simply disgusted.

Beware! Botox Treatment Scam - Save Your Money and Time

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at a salon and felt compelled to share my story, in hopes of saving others from falling victim to this scam. Let me start by warning you about the botox treatment offered at this salon. It's an absolute rip-off!

First of all, I had mistakenly assumed that this treatment would focus solely on addressing my facial concerns. However, when the bill arrived, I was charged a staggering $170 for a procedure that claimed to target my hair as well. Yes, you read that right - my hair! Now, unless you are seeking a procedure for your hair, this is absolutely ludicrous!

What's more frustrating is that my hair barely reaches my shoulders, making this hair-related charge illogical and nothing short of deceptive. To add insult to injury, the original price advertised for the treatment was $89. Despite explicitly expressing my concerns, I was still forced to pay the exorbitant amount of $170.

As someone who values their money and time, I implore you to steer clear of this salon. Not only did they blatantly overcharge me, but they also used misleading marketing tactics to lure customers in. It's important to approach any treatment or service with caution, and this salon has undoubtedly proven itself to be untrustworthy.

Save yourself the frustration and disappointment I endured. There are countless reputable salons out there that genuinely care about their customers' needs and offer transparent, reasonably priced treatments. Don't let this scam suck you in. Choose wisely and spend your money wisely.

The pedicure service they gave me was terrible.they don't hydrate you

I paid for 6 sessions of laser hair removal a few months ago. I paid cash $600. The treatment didn’t work, a made 5 sessions and I give up. I never saw the changes, girls have stronger hair in some parts of their body normally and I think this laser just help with the very thin hair. I read all the bad reviews before pay for the treatment and I wanted to give them an opportunity, but now I will pay attention to the reviews very carefully.

Do not waste your time going to this location. I messaged them on instagram to get balayage after they promoted it for $150. Went in was assigned someone who wasn't the person who did the original job from the photo. I wanted caramel and left with red hair. I had to go back another two times to finally give up and dye my hair back to black because of their lack of expertise.

I asked for a manger to call me and they didn't want to disclose who did the job in the photo nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. Find some where else to go don't waste your money here.

I've been doing my nails with Melissa for over a year now. She's always very detailed and does an amazing job! Melissa has tons of creativity and my nails never break with her. I will forever continue to get my nails done with Melissa.
As for the location, it's very clean and they offer many services such as laser, facials, etc.

The offer deals, and when you are there, they start charging for the shape of the nails, size, color, design, literally everything is and "extra". And I understand that the job has "a price, " but at the end of the service, it is not even worth it.poor quality of materials and bad customer service

Please check yelp reviews don’t get fooled by the five stars here. This place is horrible. Do not get your hair done here, especially with the hair stylist named Daisy. I asked for the color copper and she turned my hair orange instead. She practically damaged my hair with bleach for no reason, I even showed her a picture of what i wanted. I had to pay 120$ for this trash work. Worst experience ever!

I always come do my nails and feet here they are good and fast. I have massive anxiety so this is a plus for me they always schedule me ahead although they do accept walk ins! I’ve been coming here about a year and always do my nails with Melissa she is amazing she does it ALLLL they have a bunch of specials so follow the IG its current and up to date!

I always go with Melissa. She is a tremendous manicurist. I do everything with her: Manicure, pedicure, acrylic, apresé, and now luminary. They have all turned out beautiful on me and all the designs he makes me look beautiful on me! I recommend it 100%

I always do my hair with Joel. Tremendous hairdresser! The cut to the color. I also recommend it 100%

Melissa is very good and does her job with a lot of passion. She is very professional and meticulous.

There are always appointments available if you schedule them in advance, they are quite attentive and respond to your messages to schedule appointments on the same day. Daylin is my manicurist and she is impeccable! I always recommend it to all my clients who buy a house in the area and who like to be dressed up like I do!
