I’m not one to rant or complain but this was the first time I felt uncomfortable/unwelcomed to any medical facility. Especially one I travel 30-40 minutes to get to. (Why don’t you call you ask? I dunno their phone is off the hook for hours) I’ve visited this location 4 times In which 3 was during my chemo treatments. Today blew any thoughts of ever returning to this company. On 3 occasions I received a discount via Doctor Referral how ever each time I had to make mention of this “said discount” that I was told about in the first place, I was also told this info is inputted into the system so everything is applied automatically. Today I’m told my doctor isn’t apart of their group & shoved off to pay full price. Which is fine. But I’ll return to the facilities who take care of their patients properly & I’ll gladly pay double.

Was great. The bud tender was beyond helpful and she was very knowledgeable and awesome. Definitely will return.

They let someone on disability like me be able to afford to get medical cannabis at a good price have great cannabis quality at discounted rates try it if you don't try it it's your fault I like liberty health science the best out of all the cannabis dispensaries in the state of Florida thank you for making it possible for me to get my medication at a reasonable price thank you

LHS is awesome. Been a big Trulieve user. Expanded to other dispensaries and I love LHS's flower, distillates seem better, and the vapes are smooth and powerful. Great cust service at pick up location. I could go on.

I have been to several other stores here in Gainesville and LHS is the best for their products, which they have more then the other stores. The prices and the discounts are very good. I have gotten more pain relief from LHS products than any other store. Plus the people are very nice and well educated.

This was my first time ordering, and I was extremely nervous about the whole process. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable, and turned this into an incredibly positive experience

This is not for the store but for delivery. I put an order in Saturday with today scheduled for delivery but yet I'm still waiting. I call this morning and was told I'll receive a call back yet I'm still waiting and haven't heard from anyone. How can you say you want to improve your patient's freedom but yet if I can not get to the store how am I to get my medicine that I'm paying for delivery and it not come on day scheduled and no communication from a representative from the delivery service! It will be 1 star until further notice
Update.do not use delivery. You will not get it the day you schedule it to be delivered.
I will never use Liberty Health Science delivery any longer, same representative I talked to yesterday informed me today I would not receive my medicine until tomorrow when it was supposed to come on Monday and I ordered on Saturday. Thank you
