Liberty Title Company of America, Port St. Lucie FL

The Liberty Title Team is amazing. They have been chosen as the preferred title company for my real estate firm, RE/MAX Masterpiece. They work hard and have done a great job for me and our clients. I highly recommend them!

Recently closed with them and Kelli was extremely helpful since this was my first closing in a long time. We ran into some hiccups with the mortgage company and I was running out of time with my rate expiring so at the last minute my loan was cleared and we needed to close the same today in order to keep my rate. It was late in the day but she made it happen. I am very thankful. Also anytime I wasn't able to speak with Kelli Lisa who answers the phone would try to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend them.

One star is to be generous. Horrible customer's service, zero communication, zero courtesy and zero respect to agent's time. We chased them for escrow letter, reminded constantly to send title commitment, they completely disappeared before closing, requested items over again AFTER THE CLOSING which they already had in their procession for weeks, and refused to cut commission check at closing. The closer obviously has no respect to anyone, and even showing up at closing with hoodie on speaks for itself. They do not taking this job seriously, but their fees are on high side comparing with other title companies. Would never recommend them to anyone!

From start to finish, Kelli and Ashley proved to be a great team and they were both very responsive to all of my concerns and questions. Everything was handled long distance from California and though I was unfamiliar with Florida practices they walked me through the entire transaction from across the country. This title company was hired by the seller. Took advanced on the buyers by asking them paying 7 days ahead before closing day. DO NOT pay. You may losing your money. Be aware, paying cash buyers, ask them to explain every page before you sign. Pay before sign; mean you gave away your money. Be careful. No trust at all.
