Library West, Gainesville FL

The facility is nice but booking rooms is A PAIN AND AWFUL. They only allow three hour blocks and you cannot choose a specific time or use multiple blocks in a row. While the staff was not unkind, they were pretty apathetic and not super willing to help.

Great place for quiet study. The staff is extremely helpful. They kept and returned to me a bag I once left there in the lost and found.

This is a huge library and probably the most popular on campus. It's supposed to get quieter as you go further upstairs (and it usually does). However, if it's not weird hours it can be pretty hard to find a place to study. There are other more obscure/better places to study on campus

I LOVE a good library. And the fact that it's right next to a coffee shop. It's very quaint. I just recently got myself a hot chocolate and browsed the place. I'd recommend a visit anytime.

The library is okay. There is a big variety of books, which is helpful for research. The main problem is that some staff members are less than helpful.
There is a Starbucks on the first floor, which is great for people who like expensive (not necessarily quality) coffee.

Nice library, but it’s hard to find seats and people don’t respect the quiet floors enough. Quiet does not mean whisper, it means shut the **** up, or go to a non-quiet floor.
